I don't know what service software this tech is using, but whatever they're using it's not creating any session logs to show what they've done. I've been told that there are ways to use FDRS so that it doesn't create a session log, but I'm not sure why a dealer tech would want to do that.

Anyway, since I can't tell conclusively what they've done, I can tell what they haven't. Here's what's left of your previously available software list:

If they work on multiple brands, they might be using All-Data.

I'm in EA and just started seeing posts about PowerUp 5.1.1. Seems odd to be such a large version leap but, as some have said, it may be the first update towards BC 1.3?

Anyway, I'd hoped to take a snapshot of my car now, to compare to a post update snapshot.

Wow great info thank you so much! I work from home, so no commute at all. I'll be sure to not connect to home wifi until I get the update. I would have connected otherwise. Already did the 12v charge reset and had the battery blink.

Got my gateway update a while ago (v4.2.1), nothing since: 3FMTK3RM6PMA31903
Left my car on in my driveway for 30 minutes a few days ago (wi-fi off) and nothing popped up.
Can you check if I have any OTA pending?

Curious why my 4/23 build got gateway 4.2.1 when it looks like 4.3.6 is the latest.
My Sync version is 22326 Revision 640 which also seems outdated.

Finally I did a bunch of Forscan changes including unplugging the exterior speaker. Do those show up in FDRS or are they just local configuration?

I think you might be right about the relative lack of deep meaning in overall version numbers. I am technically in receipt of OTA v4.22 since sometime in early Spring, and yet I've pushed my own FDRS updates (before and) since... some of my FDRS-gotten module software versions seem to correspond to much later OTA versions that other have reported here and in the other big FDRS thread.

Nobody has BC 1.3.

You have BC 1.2, same as I have.

1.3 will be out around Thanksgiving from what I hear.

Those updates could come as OTAs but so far have not (for '23 models).
