Yes I got this ACM OTA. Not having the ACM drop off the list seems to be a common glitch. I'm planning a dealer visit soon, so I will bring this up with them. Thanks again Mike for the updated list!

I have this CSP that won’t go away even though I’m up to date with OTA’s. Can someone check my VIN to see if I’m actually missing something? Thank you!

No updates since Feb on my 2022 GT vin - 3FMTK4SE8NMA58915
I've tried a bunch of the suggested tricks but no joy. Am I actually up to date?

No sir you are not up-to-date:

It seems that the last GWM (gateway) update you were supposed to receive ("-LKA") never completed and you appear to be in limbo. You would normally be at "-LKC" by now, all things being equal.

Here's the list of currently available updates...and that gateway isn't in the list so something's up with that:

I'm taking my car in for all the recalls on Monday. Was wondering if anyone could run my car to see if I need to ask them to do anything else?

VIN is 3FMTK3R7XMMA03527

I would appreciate any help and suggestions! I figure since they are going to have my car for a while, I should ask them to do everything, but I also know I need to be very specific with them.

1 Dec '20 build date, Job 1 car.

I don't know how much you've been following along on these threads but a couple of things stand out, first would be that GWM (gateway) update which normally means something useful is coming along shortly afterward, and the BCM/GFM combo along with the tech's use of the special tool to enable the Sync screen Frunk button. Shortly after that you should be able to see a Frunk button appear in your FordPass screen as well.

So if it was my car I'd want at least those done.

Bought my car a few weeks ago, 2022 build and currently on 3.5.2 and had no updates. Maybe I just need to be more patient for Ford to 'register' that the car has been purchased and is on the road? But curious if yall are seeing available updates: 3FMTK4SX3NMA40470. I've called in, and they tell me that I'm up to date and just need to wait for updates to roll out to me.

Good luck getting the dealer to update modules without a reason, but from your list I can see a few that can be covered with TSB's , SSM's or a valid reason.
1. DSM - Complain that your seat position goes out of sync with stored settings.
2. HVAC - Complain that windows fog up excessively when things get cold. Covered by TSB
3. WACM - Complain that your newer model iPhone has difficulty charging. Covered by TSB
4. OBCC - Complain that you get dropouts while charging at EVgo stations. Covered by SSM.
5. Like Mike said previously, complain of not having access to frunk remotely and get them to do the BCM/GFM combo along with the tech's use of the special tool to enable the Sync screen Frunk button. There's more details on this forum that give detailed instructions. Maybe worth printing and bringing to the dealer as most have no idea what you're referring to.

Here's the list of available updates (includes a gateway that should have come as an OTA):

Whoever you're talking to at the dealer searvice dept is likely only looking at the OTA Dashboard...not FDRS. That's why they don't see these updates.

Hello everyone! I picked up a used 2021 Premium 4X a few weeks ago. It was sitting on the used lot since December so it's been doing software updates every now and then. I was hoping one of you could look up my vin and let me know if it's caught up or if there are many more to come :)

27 Oct '20 build date, early Job 1 car.

You are in exceptionally good shape software-wise. Somebody has been keeping up with the digits.

This GWM update in your list is the one that people in the EA program are referring to as OTA 5.1.1 and it's the first update in what will be necessary to enable BlueCruise 1.2.

Your current GWM software revision is "-LKC" (which is not very old BTW), and the new shiny that is waiting to be installed is "-NAE".

Best of luck!
