Well first...you don't have any available updates in FDRS.

And it could well be the reason that the OTAs did not process:

By comparing the versions of the module software you have now with the revisions those two OTAs are trying to install I can tell you that you do need those two OTAs to succeed because they are needed updates for your car. I've sent you a DM.

I was hoping somebody could check my vin.. Just got it back out of repair shop after two months. I did see I did get a recent power up. Just checking to see how far behind it is.

Wondering what's up with my car and OTA updates. I've only ever received one OTA - 4.2.2.2 - which occurred shortly after I got the car back from the dealer after the center screen needed replacing days after purchase. It's been a month since that update though, and nothing else has come through.

The only thing I see right now is a gateway update that will take you to "-LKC", which is a few revs back but you are making progress.

That gateway will be rev "-PAE" when it gets there.

And that APIM update will result in your getting the "-CC" rev. So I think that's the 6.2.0 version (Sync 950?).

Well the SCCM should be one of the modules involved, along with the IPC, IPMA, APIM, GWM, CCM, PSCM, and probably the TCU as well. So it looks like they are sneaking up on the full functionality in baby steps instead of dumping all the updates in a properly packaged and coordinated set that you could just knock out in one go in a scripted session. It would appear that they are working toward a specific timeline for completion.

In your available list you have an ACM, and a gateway that will update you to "-LKC" from the "-LKB" you have now.

Some people, but not all, have been skipping LKC entirely and going directly to the 5.1.1 update ("-NAE" I think). But it doesn't look like that's what will happen in your case.

Thanks again as always Mike! Surprised I didn’t have a BCCM update in the list as my vehicle falls into the years needing updating.

This took 3 months of escalating my lack of OTA updates since December 2022 with both Ford BEV team and the dealer. The FDRS data provided by Mike G was critical in gaining support from the dealer GM. After the updating service , Mike G graciously ran my VIN and found the car was almost completely updated. Since that service, I have only received OTA 4.3.6 update in early September. I can open the frunk from the door number keys and by the fob. I do not have the frunk button on the Sync screen. I have not received 5.1.1 or any later updates.

Could someone run my VIN (3FMTK3SU1MMA08471) in FDRS and maybe provide any guidance on whether my car can receive the 6.X series of OTA updates? Is 5.1.1 required to receive the 6.X series of updates?

Any help is very appreciated.

Here's your list today...and it does have a GWM that should be an OTA "in-waiting":

I believe that gateway update would be PowerUp 5.1.1 if it showed up for you, as it is the "-PAE" revision of the gateway software. And yes, you would need that gateway updated before anything else 6.x.x related would show up.
