Hi, I am seeing this message for almost a week now. My MME ever had any issues with the ota updates before this. Does this mean there are updates pending but issues with the ota push for my MME?

VIN: 3FMTK1RM7NMA59811

It doesn't look like the GWM update applied yet for some reason. I recommend you call your service advisor and ask them to take a look at your OTA Dashboard on their PTS system and tell you why this OTA isn't processing. They should be able to tell you what's up.

There are several people, myself included, with the same message.

I wonder if I manually apply using FDRS if that will cause an issue with getting OTA later?

It shouldn't.

Hi again!

My MME just had another OTA. Any changes to the queue or maybe a new one appeared like last time?

Thanks again <3!
Finally something seems to be happening on the OTA front, and I could not be happier!
Did you get a chance to check mine Mike?
Looks like your GWM (gateway) was updated. Now that the gateway has been updated a new APIM (Sync) update has appeared in your available software list.
Hi again Mike!

Whenever you get the chance, could you check what the status is on mine now?
Had an OTA last Thursday (gave methe new HVAC controls and maximized Android-Auto functions).

WF0TK3SUXMMA12650

Thanks again for what you do! :)

Well now you have another gateway update to look forward to:

I have no idea why they aren't updating many of these other modules in your list like they have over here in NA.

Hey Mike...

As ever, I'd be grateful if you could run 3FMTK3SU0MMA05951.

After numerous trips to dealership and a APIM forced update they did to 3.5.2 or 3 (can't remember) I've only received 3.5.4 a month after that (Sept 18th)- and that's where I seem to be stuck. Car says no updates available, and Ford mothership shows nothing requested/pending/failed since then. Ford can't seem to figure out. BTW- weirdest part is that 3.5.4 made mention of Youtube, etc. streaming now in there, but it's not. Unsure if the update I got was corrupted or not. Any insight you might have on what's going on is appreciated!

Well you do appear to be a teensy bit stuck, but it's easily fixable.

You now have both a GWM (gateway) and a TCU in your available update list. Well experience tells me that there is a problem because normally you would never ever have a GWM and TCU or a GWM and APIM, or an APIM and a TCU in your list at the same time because they tend to be dependency linked.

Your car will always say there are no updates. And when your service manger check PTS and flips over to the OTA Dashboard and it says nothing is in progress he/she will tell you that you are up to date. But service advisors don't see what FDRS shows as available.

Here's your list:

Ford's own programming guidance says that if you have a GWM and a TCU you update the GWM first then the TCU. I would imagine that's to avoid any dependency issues from locking you out of future updates.

Manually restart your APIM (vol down + track forward on steering wheel)
and try to install again.

The last OTA I received was in early September for 4.2.4 (In-Vehicle Voice Feedback). I can confirm I now have that feature but on the update screen in Sync is says "Not Completed." Can anyone check my VIN and let me know if there are pending updates or if I am "stuck?"

The TCU update is gone and replaced by the GWM update that should be OTA 5.1.1 ("-PAE" rev.).

So the TCU OTA 4.2.4 did apply. My car said the same thing about 4.2.4 not completing...but it did.

@redditn00b92 it might actually be OTA 6.1.0.....I'm having a hard time keeping track of which rev is which OTA on different model years. The '23 models are getting different revs. than the '21/22s.

Hi, Mike:

Since Sept 24 mine has shown 5.1.1 downloaded but didn't complete, and no other OTAs. Now I'm wondering if maybe it's lying to me. It really doesn't matter since once it appears all the BC 1.3 modules are in FDRS I'll get a two day license and apply everything, but in the meantime can you check 3FMTK3R75MMA09929 for me? Thanks.

Well it does look like you do have a GWM update that needs to be applied.
