Car completely died on me about an hour ago.

Car will just go into whisper mode on its own while driving and you can't switch it for a while,happens to me frequently no matter the temperature.

That's a new issue, never heard of that issue. At least, that never happens on mine ( SR 2021 Premium)

What drive mode unavailable that everyone gets? I’ve not even heard of this issue…..

It’s a reasonably common error that has been posted and talked about here before. Not everyone gets it though.

This is 100% a software issue, not at all screen related. There are multiple threads about it.
I get it sporadically and unpredictably. There was some initial speculation that it was temperature related, but that was just related to the timing of the update that started it.

I usually use Whisper, and I believe it switches to Engage. There's not a huge difference between those 2 modes, but there is more of the "engine braking" feel in Engage. For those who drive in Unbridled, it can be really disconcerting since there is less of the fake engine braking, so they sometimes need to mash the brake pedal to correct.

Update: car started with jump??got a message in the ford pass app that says,"High voltage battery warning, "the powertrain control system has detected that the system power supply voltage is lower than desired" is this a bigger issue or was it just the 12v?

Yeah I took the car to Ford for the parking brake and they said they would call back in two days when the parts came in and they never did,the parking break is actually on recall and left me stuck for about 4 hours last December. And I was going to fill the tires last night smh,the weather here has been up and down so its been cold to warm so I put off doing it for a while.

The tires have a PSI recommendation of 39. 28 would be 28% below that, which would cause excess wear and some handling differences.

I check my tires monthly, and adjust pressures. TPMS is not a tire gauge, and tires adjust for temperature, and usage. My truck is currently 40psi all around via TPMS, that would be 2 pounds below what I had them at 3 1/2 weeks ago. All due to temperature. Mach-E was driven nearly 5,000 miles, it lost close to 3 pounds between temps and driving.

Tough to say. Charge the 12v first to eliminate that variable.

Check your doorjamb for the recommended pressure for your tires.

I just had to vent. I got in My Mach E to go to work and upon turning it on I got all types of error codes and on the screen it said some about shutting off to save battery with like a loading bar. Sat in the car about 20 minutes then left to go back in my apartment, came back and the car is completely dead and won't unlock ??now I had to do a short notice call out of work and figure out what the hell im goin to do next.
