Mine had me add an email address to my account today, and then couldn't sign in.
If you're using the motorcraft login, they are having account issues today.

I finally was able to login to FDRS. It took several steps and I might have missed a couple as I poked at this. The dialogs did not make sense and it seemed like things were missing.

I enter my FDRS username and password and got a prompt to enter a valid email. I enter a valid email and got a dialog with 4 elements. There is a text line "UPDATE YOUR EMAIL" with "VERIFY YOUR EMAIL" below it. There are two buttons, "Send New Code" and "Request Code". Request code does nothing. Send New Code adds a box to enter the valid Verification code. I got a new code via email. When I entered the code and press submit, the dialog has the text lines "UPDATE YOUR EMAIL" with "VERIFY YOUR EMAIL" below it. It only has the Request Code button. It seemed like something was missing and it did not do anything.

I did several rounds of going back and redoing the send new code. I have a couple of Ford Accounts with the same email address so I changed the passwords. It did not work.

Finally I tried pressing the Request Code button after submitting the verification code and I got some error message that disappeared quickly with a return back to the FDRS screen. There was an "User authentication has failed" message. My old FDRS username was not recognized when I tried to log into FDRS.

I tried with my email address and it went back to FDRS screen with an "User authentication has failed. Unable to achieve server authorization". error. If I click on change or reset your password, I got a 404 error "The resource cannot be found." and "Server Error in '/' Application. It appears the link redirects to a invalid URL, https://www.motorcraftservice.com/Account/Login.

Trying again a few minutes later seemed to get further into the Updating Software dialog before the error. I tried again a few minutes later and it works! It appears to take awhile for things to sync up. I noticed the technician is now my email address instead of the FDRS username I had before.

I now have an APIM update in addition to the Powertrain and GFM updates. So I am planning another FDRS session after the rain stops.

I went through the same hoops, got it all squared away using my email now, let's me log into the Ford.com website. Early Access is giving me problems, when I first login it says "account has been changed, do you want to remove or replace your vehicle." There is no way to say leave me alone. The replace option is greyed out and I can only remove it. I've left it hoping it'll sort itself out at some point...

At least you were able to get in to FDRS. Mine has just been redirecting after login and doing page not found. Still doing it this morning!

Ok, if anyone else has this issue of changing your non-email username to an email: I did all the above I already posted, when I kept getting hit with this redirect nonstop, I went to the motorcraft website. When I logged in there, which was fine, it has some TOS and random stuff I had to agree to, then finally let me in to the website. Went back to FDRS and it works!

My flurry of posts! I received the un-named update yesterday morning and 6.2.1 last night.

In FDRS, the APIM obviously cleared and I now have a TCU update. '21 Job 2

I just tried this this morning since I can no longer log in for some reason.

I had already updated the password etc.

Saw this for the first time this morning:

I guess I'll have to call support tomorrow since it won't let me log in, and trying to verify my account again....etc.

Go to the normal Ford website and login. If it says an account already exists with that email, do forgot password with the email.

Neil thanks...I had actually done all that....but apparently I just needed to wait a few minutes...cause it finally let me in after two further attempts.

And now I have a TCU in my list.

Do you think the TCU is 6.3. It’s the one left I’m still missing.

I would think that it's likely 6.3.0 yes. But I'm not home with the car right now so I can't confirm.

I did the TCU update on my car but how do I tell it is 6.3?
We'd have to compare the software packages from the OTA dashboard listing to what you show you have in FDRS.

I don’t know why but my module software on on Forscan doesn’t match my FDRS.
