Ok I just turned the vehicle shutdown timer off so it can stay on all night with my key in it. I already see some activity on my router.

Yea, it's downloading the files. It is also reporting low SOC. It won't install when the files finish downloading. You will have to go out to the car and start it again.

Edit: Nvm.....just re-read your post. Good idea.

Hmm ok. Shouldn’t it charge the 12V while its running now?
It is my understanding that your 12V battery gets charged by the main battery if the car is running, no? If that's the case, charger is not needed.

Yep hopefully it will charge it enough while its downloading to install. I've had press cars to drive the last month so haven't driven the Mach-E much. I was hoping by the time I was ready to drive it again BC1.3 would be ready ha! Can you tell if its downloading on wifi? I see activity but not large amounts of data.

It does not show how it is downloading. I doubt it is using wifi.

Another member on the ICE forums got an APIM update just now and I was following it along, too. He started downloading at 5:06pm and the downloads finished at 6:02pm. The update itself took 6 minutes. Your downloads started at 5:42pm (my time), so give it a bit more time.

Just checked on it and still says downloading (after 4 hours) so I turned it off for the night. How’s it look on your end?

Hello! I took my 21 GTPE in for the HVJB recall the other week and the dealer was supposed to run updates because I wasn’t getting any OTAs. Can someone check if they got them all for me?

VIN: 3FMTK4SXXMMD99457

Thanks for doing this - it’s much appreciated!

The powertrain fault is being set by the P2C95 code in the SOBDM. That code is closely related to this SSM: https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...-mil-and-dtc-p2c94-stored-in-the-sobdm.29237/

Basically the contactor control voltage is being held high when it expects it to be low. So the relay isn't performing as expected. This could be due to a software glitch or an actual physical problem.

Either way, I'd have your dealer take a look.
Quick software update and all is well.

Well they did update the GWM, APIM, and TCU several times to try to bring you up to current but they did leave some things.

You still have another gateway update in your list, which would have been useful to have done...but it might not have shown up right away unless they re-ran the network scan right after the last update they did on the powertrain items.

Hello! I bought a used 2022 Mustang GT performance since I was getting a good deal on it. so I am pretty new to the update problems

I checked the software and it looks like it is stuck on 4.2.2 and sync 4 is on 23031_product rev 713, I tried to check for updates and it says it is up to date. Can you please check what updates i do have and what could be the problem for not updating so i could ask the dealer when i go to him for 20,000 mile service, below is the VIN#

VIN: 3FMTK4SX0NMA05014

23 Jan '22 build date GT PE.

Here's the list of available updates:
Ford Mustang Mach-E Post here if you have an active FDRS account and are willing to look up info for others 3FMTK4SX0NMA05014-2-Dec-23

You're looking for the GWM (gateway) update as your next OTA. the GWM module is the network router/controller for the rest of the car's modules. Anytime there's a GWM update it means there will be future updates and more functionality unleashed. Updates download through the car's TCU and are stored in the GWM until processed. You won't see any future Sync (APIM) updates until that GWM gets updated.

Make sure your connectivity settings and privacy settings are set to allow data sharing (you don't have to turn on the contacts and media sharing items in the menus, but the other settings do need to be turned on). Set a daily update schedule so that the car will look for and download updates everyday when you drive. Updates do not download over your home Wi-Fi, just the car's TCU.

Would anyone mind looking up all the SW updates available for my 2021 Premium AWD, VIN is 3FMTK3SU9MMA30122? I have a dealer appointment on Monday to fix CSP #23B50, "Charge cord stuck reprogram battery charge control module", and intend to ask the dealer to update all modules to the current level. I will give them the list of all available SW updates in hopes they will do this. Thank you!

I'm told that the BCCM is another name for the SOBDM. Having said that, since the SOBDM is a module that is part of the powertrain group of modules it stands to reason that when the tech launches FDRS to update your SOBDM that all the other powertrain modules will be updated in a scripted sequence as is normally the case. So if you were to check back here after your service visit we could verify that the PCM, ABS, SOBDMC, BECM, SOBDM, and SOBDMB are no longer in your list.

Here's your list of available updates:

That APIM update is the one that would give you Sync 1049.
