The dealer in Fl uses vouchers for an enterprise right down the street. They have a contract with them. Has to be a Ford rental and probably a POS but what are u going to do.Check on that rental reimbursement. When I had my car in for the windshield/sunroof recalls, Ford corporate said they would provide a rental. When I went in, service manager said Ford only pays $35/day for rental and the cheapest rental from the local Hertz (apparently Ford is only contracted with Hertz) is $85+tx a day, and that I would have to pay the difference of roughly $65-$70/day for an unknown # of days (they weren't sure how many days it would take to do the recall).
So make sure you get something in writing that the rental is completely covered.
