On the 15th it looks like they worked on updating your APIM (at least once):
3FMTK4SX2NMA64551-17-Nov-23Work.png

That second APIM entry ended as soon as it began according to the timestamp, so not sure what they did there.

On the 16th is when they updated just about everything else you had in your list and somethings they updated more than once (like the gateway):
3FMTK4SX2NMA64551-17-Nov-23Work2.png

But you still have an APIM update in your available software list and it looks like the revision of the APIM software you're running now is pretty old (like before the Sync UI changeover), would that be right?
3FMTK4SX2NMA64551-17-Nov-23.png

I don't know what they've told you but they either need to finish the job of updating your APIM (Sync) and if they can't get it to update they should order you a replacement (if it's "stuck").
Hi there, today, the dealer said there were no updates/downloads and it would cost me $200 for them to check/update. Could you tell me the version of my the current APIM and whether or not it ever got updated since we first looked at this? Also, could you send me a screenshot of the outstanding updates (if any) and the update history.
Thank you, I really appreciate you guys doing this for everyone.

I am on 6.13 but I still have the CSP 23B50 notice for the charge cord getting stuck

Could someone please check my VIN ( 3FMTK4SE1PMA04617 ) and let me know if I really need to take it in or if it's just a formality and the correct modules have been updated.
Not sure which module it is, but your list is below:

I'm curious if mine has any updates available for the RGTM. I have a 23 with the tailgate not opening correctly sometimes issue. Apparently some people have gotten a priority update that fixes this but I haven't received anything since 6.13.0. VIN is 3FMTK3SU8PMA67330
You do.

Only one update showing. Your dealer did 2 GWM and a TCU update on 11/16 (along with many others) that triggered back-to-back APIM OTA's on 11/16 (3.5.3) and 11/17 (4.2.2) that brought you up to Sync 23031. Once you get the GWM update you see below, it'll unlock the next APIM update. You can always check what Sync version you're on in the "about sync" screen in your touchscreen menu.

I'm currently at rev. 713.
Is the GWM supposed to be OTA?
Thank you

I cannot see revision # in PTS; only Sync software version. I only mentioned that so you know how to check what version you are on in the future.

Yes, the GWM can be updated via the OTA process.

Some awesome members here have signed up for an FDRS account and have offered to run VINs and show what module updates are available for their Mach-E. Those offers can get buried in a thread, and I thought a stand-alone post might get more attention and be easier to spot the offer.

Two forum members have been exceptionally helpful to me, and I want to give a shout-out and pay it forward. @kltye and @breeves002 answered a bunch of my silly questions as I purchased a Bosch MasterTech II and a PL6100 battery maintainer... and my 11 module update went flawless last night because of them.

For those that don't know, a Ford FDRS license can be purchased for as few as 2 days for $50, all the way up to a year for quite a bit more. I have a 2-day license expiring Sunday (10-10-21) evening. If you would like me to run your VIN, I'm happy to run as many as I can. In off-line mode, it will show what modules have a software update available. No codes or anything like that show since you need to be hooked up to the vehicle to pull them.

My thought is that since there seems to be a handful of us willing to purchase the 2-day FDRS license, it would be great to share the resource before spending the money to check for an available update.

If you are interested, you can post here or send me a private message with your VIN, and I'll send you a screenshot of your FDRS screen. Again, my license expires Sunday (10-10-21) in the evening.

If you have FDRS access and are willing to look up another forum member's Mach-E details, post in this thread with the time period that your license is active.
If you’d be so kind. Also you would also translate in layman terms?

Your car has many modules in it that are capable of over-the-air updates that come from Ford with mostly no real rhyme or reason as to when they get sent out. Some vehicles will get updates more often than others. FDRS is Ford's dealer software that can manually update these modules (amongst many other things it can do). People with access to FDRS can check other people's vehicles to see what modules in their vehicles have pending updates. The list below are all the modules on your vehicle that have a pending update.

I also checked another system that shows all the updates you have gotten OTA and you got 10 updates sent to you in the last three months of last year which is not bad at all. You should see more sooner than later.

Pretty much. Lol Nothing you can do to trigger an OTA being sent to your car anyway.

Sync 134!!!

I'm up to Sync 1058.

Wow. ?‍♂
In terms of SYNC versioning, the upper number is more revealing. The version right before PRODUCT tells you the day the build was compiled, with the first 2 numbers being the year and then following 3 numbers the day of the year. So in this case the build was compiled on the 16th of May, 2021.

The revision is simply the iteration of the build within a certain branch. I believe that car is on the internal SYNC 1.2 branch as that was the branch that we were working on in the lab when I was with Ford back in 2021. The revision can go up and down between software builds, just depends what branch we are on. Usually each major update series (1.x, 2.x, 3.x, etc) increments the branch.

Either way, very outdated and likely stuck. Needs the module repair in FDRS.

When I called Ford they told me it hasn't been updated since December of 2021 ?.

Ford said it should definitely be updated so I have an appointment scheduled with my dealer for Friday. How should I go about telling them to do the module repair in FDRS? I worry the dealer is not very experienced with this and will check FDRS and say there is no update pending and not do anything.

Should I tell them to run TSB 22-2150?

As you can see from @rugedraw 's response above you have a list of updates...the ones that would be addressed by 23B50 are the set of powertrain updates in that list. So yes the CSP 23B50 would still apply to your case.

Powertrain updates are the PCM, BECM, SOBDM, SOBDMB (AWD only), SOBDMC, and if there is an ABS update at that time then that's included as well. Now...there are times when only a subset of these need to be updated and not all of them show up as needing an update in FDRS (or as an OTA). But generally speaking they usually all get updated at the same time.
