Hi there, today, the dealer said there were no updates/downloads and it would cost me $200 for them to check/update. Could you tell me the version of my the current APIM and whether or not it ever got updated since we first looked at this? Also, could you send me a screenshot of the outstanding updates (if any) and the update history.On the 15th it looks like they worked on updating your APIM (at least once):

That second APIM entry ended as soon as it began according to the timestamp, so not sure what they did there.
On the 16th is when they updated just about everything else you had in your list and somethings they updated more than once (like the gateway):

But you still have an APIM update in your available software list and it looks like the revision of the APIM software you're running now is pretty old (like before the Sync UI changeover), would that be right?

I don't know what they've told you but they either need to finish the job of updating your APIM (Sync) and if they can't get it to update they should order you a replacement (if it's "stuck").
