Thanks for looking up my info previously. You were spot on with the code and it required replacement of the fluid pump in the transmission part# LJ9Z 7P086 A. They then got another code and replaced wiring harness. Unbeknownst to me, they did the HVBJB recall fix at the same time. Receipt says they did PCM, BECM and SOBDMC software updates as well. Also did the warranty fix for "charge cord stuck." They also wanted to replace electronic parking brake harness connector under warranty but no parts available at this time. But that is not all! They found a TSB about a reverse brake light, updated modules, IPMA and CMR updates failed. Reperformed and those were successful. WHEW! All that in just 5 weeks at the dealer. Does all that square up with what you see? Has everything been updated that should be updated? Seems to drive as good as new now.

It is entirely possible that your car's TCU may need to be re-provisioned for a US based AT&T cellular carrier before it will properly report your status and download updates.

Here's the list of what FDRS shows as avialable software updates right now, and there is both a gateway (GWM) and a tCU in the list at the same time, which is a sign that until a tech does those two updates (and possibly re-provisions your TCU) that you might have trouble getting updates over the air.

Well I do think that with this number of older updates that many cars have gotten as OTAs by now, that it may be time to schedule a service visit for diagnosis to determine why you aren't getting OTAs.

They can start by updating that GWM module first and go from there.
