OMG, thank you for confirming my car is not going crazy. Every two to three days I see a DTC with "IPMA loss of Ethernet connectivity with GWM", or "GWM loss of Ethernet connectivity with IPMA", or "RFA open circuit"..... I honestly thought my car is having a bad harness or failing IPMA. But I never see a light show up, and after clearing the codes with Forscan or Car Scanner it's clear for the next day or two.
I see those same DTCs in FDRS. But they aren't permanent to where they set a wrench light. IPMA and RFA...both.

I haven’t received an OTA after my 6.1.1 failed to update. I keep seeing the update not completed screen. Can you check to see how many 6.1.1 has attempted to update?

3FMTK3R75NMA19684
Your OTA history shows 6.1.0 was sent to you twice and failed twice. The second time it failed due to a manifest mismatch. OTA history also shows that APIM OTA 4.2.2 was sent to your car many times and failed every time citing " SWUMD Not Able to Communicate with Agents". I am not sure what that means and I don't know if there is something wrong, but I can tell you that an OTA failing this many times is not normal. Next time you take your car to the dealer, tell them about the failed updates and when they open up your OTA dashboard, this is what they will see and hopefully they can do the update for you.

Thank you for looking into this! I had one of the modules replaced Back in May 2023 that cost a pretty penny since I was out of BtoB warranty. Hope it’s nothing serious again.

I've been having issues with my 12V battery as per my post in https://www.macheforum.com/site/thr...t-making-loud-banging-noise.34126/post-763918

I have the Tesla OTA update downloaded but it's failing during auto update. I have a service appointment today so I'll get them to try to manually apply the update there as the last time I tried to manually apply the powertrain update, my 12v battery died.

Would greatly appreciate if someone could check my VIN. Not sure if that will help see why the OTA updates failed in the past and if I have any other updates that should be applied by the dealership?

Thanks in advance!

Just wondering if I need any files updated. My mileage range has been fluctuating +- 10 miles when I drive around town. No mountains or cold weather.

Thanks

Sometimes the OTA process can be a little b*tch and that is what is happening here. It is failing due to low battery stats, yet your car is reporting this to the cloud:

"groupId":"1""totalLvBatteryCapacity":"29""currentLvBatterySoc":"97""currentHvBatterySoc":"47""currentHvBatteryEnergy":"76100""availableLvBatteryCapacity":"28130"

SoC is great, and capacity at 29 of 35 is not bad. Just keep trying. It should go through eventually. Take the car out for a 20 minutes drive or so to fully top off the LVB and then try to install it as soon as you park.

This is what PTS shows you have pending as far as module updates. FDRS may show more, but this will give you an idea. Not much pending for you.

Looked up the day they swapped out your APIM; PMI was done correctly based on the steps recorded in vehicle history. Send me a pic of your entire "about sync" screen so I can see if the serial number matches up on Ford's side. If there is any issue with the way your APIM was programmed, it would have to be something very obvious for me to see a problem. If there is a deeper rooted issue, I will not be able to offer much help to your cause.

Thank you! Let me get off work and I’ll get this photo for you. Much appreciated!

Please and Thank You.

Not sure what you are asking, but if it's OTA history, it is very extensive and clean for the most part. Last power-up was 6.8.0 and you received a few PU updates after that. Your car has gotten plenty of love from the OTA gods.

Thanks for the history. Updating has been about 60/40 between Ford & myself. I was wondering what modules could be updated to judge if it was worth another $50 FDRS license.

The IPMA/PAAK update may be worth the update, or wait for a few more.

I haven't received an OTA update since August (radio update)
Had the dealership perform the stuck cord (23B50) module updates and hoped that would move things along - thus far it hasn't.

Anything I can ask them next time to jumpstart updates? Missing Tesla, Charge Assist...etc
Or am I just unluck with the OTA roulette!?
