OTA failed due a hash error. The update failed and the OTA trigger is no longer active. Nothing you did wrong and nothing you can do but wait for it to be resent.

for the hash error it was most likely a corrupted file and the md5 hash didn't compare correctly likely due to interference during download or car was powered off mid download, there is no way to force it to re-try as @rugedraw said. Just wait it out for now

Ah I cannot pull that history from my fdrs license. That would have to come from someone with PTS. I’m sure someone will chip in soon with it as @rugedraw is gone tomorrow for vaca party time

This is all the OTA history recorded on your vehicle. The last one at the top that doe snot show the module that was updated is TCU update 23-PU1113-UNX-DC.

So how did you get from the info on that first line to 23-PU1113-UNX-DC ? Those are the names I'm looking for.

It's on Sync 22236, no OTA history and a laundry list of pending updates.

I really appreciate the help here so I’m going to politely ask if anyone can run this VIN again. I made the deal on this car Monday and they had me wait till tomorrow to pick it up. Reason being they wanted to make sure it was fully up to date. I would like to compare to the earlier check that Mike G did. Hey Mike you also warned me that I would be disappointed.
