I haven't seen anyone else with my issue and wasn't sure where to post it, so figured I'd just throw it here.

I bought my Mach-E last week (25MAR) expecting to be able to reserve the NACS adapter as major selling point. There are very limit charging options in my area and along the route I road trip often (through WV), with the exception of a few Tesla chargers.

I have been trying maybe 20-30 per day to reserve the adapter but the pop-up notification on the connected services page never appears. I've reached out to Ford Customer Service about this a couple time and they say it should work.

I understand it may take some time to actually receive the adapter but I haven't even been able to put my name on the list.

Has anyone else experienced this issue and have any sort of solution?

Now that you mention it, I wouldn't mind a case that would fit both this adapter and my Tesla-J1772 AC adapter... I'll have to keep an eye out...

Supposedly there's a batch shipment to Ford Canada because Ford US can't handle shipping across the border to individual customers.

It's not that Ford can't handle it, but it would be much more expensive to ship them individually over the border. Ford actually did a good job with the reservation process, by giving Canadian recipients a later expected ship time.
Without the shared knowledge of this forum, you would have been happy when Ford hit the date they committed to.

What a nice surprise! Just got email from Ford that my adapter has been shipped. Order number 8077, with anticipated shipping date of "May".

Never had luck with the phone app.

Login and try different computer browsers (Safari, Firefox, Edge, Chrome) - I had to use all of them and only Safari worked when I clicked on the reservation link.

No, and I don't have a YouTube channel. I did send a message to Ford today via the forum asking about the HVJB gift and I've received several responses to that. When I saw the shipping notice, I figured it was for the appreciation gift.

So maybe I will get the BlueCruise update first since August is end of summer.

There is definitely a difference in shipping to Canadian vs US customers!! I am #392 showing May shipping to me here in Canada. I see lots of US customers with a reservation number well after mine...showing shipping in April.

Ford is shipping Fast Charging Adapters in the order in which they were received. Due to a processing error in the initial shipment, a small number of adapters were shipped out of order. Ford is working to deliver adapters as quickly as possible.
