I would definitely do the TCU and the APIM (they are USB and don't require a powersupply to update).
Hi Mike

Many thank for your support.

In Fact in France on all cars I drove it recommanded to be 2.5-2.6 bar on the front tire and 2.5-2.8 on the rear depending of the charge (number of passenger and the charge in the trunk).
I receive my car in and of february I never touch the pressure of my tire since. but I don't understand this tpms information sometime it tells me that i'm at 2.8 sometime 2.5 and few minutes after 2.7... on my last car this information was more stable ....

I have problem to do the TCU, APIM and IPC update, when i click on execute on one of them it begin to download and stop during the download without telling me to start the car or put a usb drive or something else...

Have you ever experience this type of error ?

Tire pressures increase from cold as you drive the car. Here in the US I notice it increases an average of 3-4 psi over what it was before I started driving the car, due to friction warming up the air in the tires.

I have only seen that FDRS download error before when I was trying to download an update that was blocked because of a dependency issue. Meaning something else needed to be updated first before the one I was trying to do.

But certainly, I would think that you should be able to update the APIM and TCU without updating the IPC, I would think.

October 14th and 23rd you car was sent an APIM update and both times it failed. Nothing has been sent since.

That alone should be enough to get you in for a diagnostic check...and I'm betting if somebody updated that APIM things might start moving again.

Is it odd that when I was going through all of the FDRS updates, that I never saw an APIM update available?

Something you updated made it available (dependency got unblocked)?

That's how it usually happens. After doing updates, many of us used to spam the network scan button a few times before disconnecting FDRS to see if the server was going to show us a new update. Sometimes we'd get lucky.

Your car is on Sync 23237 which is the latest version with the exception of some 2023 Mach E's that have gotten another APIM update released to them.

I wonder what those failed APIM updates from last October were about then.

Not sure. OTA history has been cleared out on your car. I would not dwell on that at this point, though. Whatever APIM update it was that was failing, you now have it.

Here I am again asking for another status. I did updates a week or two ago, and saw some recurring RFA issues / errors. I've been having some trouble with PAAK since then. Can you see what my updates and car health look like?

Looks like a dealer visit may be in order for you based on the codes your car is reporting in the RFA. Unless one of the EV guys here can think of something you can do on your end. This is not an issue I've ever had to trouble shoot since my truck doesn't have this feature or module.

Thanks Robob!

Sheesh that's a long list. Every day I get closer to rolling my own updates. Still $1k+ for the right gear to do that though, huh?
I paid $536 for the Mongoose cable and around $80 for a 30A power supply (not including tax). If you have a windows laptop that you can use, you're in for around $625-$650 plus tax, plus $50 (plus tax) for each 2-day license for FDRS.

Bluecruise stopped working and I have intermittent cell connection. I did call Ford Customer support and they said thatvthey cannot find any vehicle history except for a failed APIM, I think. They said go the dealer to get it fixed.
I'm going to the dealer this Thursday.
Could I please get tge outstanding sw updates and maybe any history, if available.

My vin is: 3FMTK4SX2NMA64551

Thank you
Dwayne

No OTA history on your vehicle, so not sure where they got that from. Based on the codes your car is reporting, you look like a prime candidate for the attached TSB. Unofficial list of modules pending update is below.

Hi @Mike G, you helped me via your reply some days before, as I could instruct my dealer to look for some modules. Now I got the car back and they told me that they updated 11 modules. I have no reason to doubt in what they said, as they have served me very well in the past. But I am curious if they may have left something untouched. If possible, could you please take another quick look?
=> WF0TK1E78NMA09192

Another question, more to the mechanism of the OTA updates:
If my dealer now did the updates manually, let's say for the HVAC, and an OTA update is scheduled for me that also shall touch this module, will this update then be skipped silently? Or will I still see a message that I received an OTA (although the HVAC most likely will not be flashed again with the same code)?
