OK, service advisor went home sick Monday and was out yesterday. My car has been sitting for a week with zero progress on the insurance claim and bodywork so I was beyond frustrated yesterday. (The dealer pickup driver got rear-ended taking it in on April 1.)Nope they specifically didn't do those. I guarantee it.
What the service manager meant was that they do all powertrain updates that the TSB tells them to do.
What we're talking about is a separate bulletin that Ford sent to the dealers saying they would pay the labor to do all the other updates at the time a vehicle was in the shop for the HVJB recall.
He looked in "his system" and (after I told him about Windows-shift-s) sent me screen shots of what he was seeing and saying the the 5 remaining updates were showing "last updated" on 4/16 around 1:34pm.
They apparently have not closed out the job? Does this screen shot mean they did indeed do all the updates?
EDIT: I just realized the GREEN DOT in the "UPDATE AVAILABLE" column means it was NOT applied, right?
