It's been hours and the site is still doing funky stuff. It identifies every Mach-E VIN I try as an Edge.

So it's not back to fully functional yet. Just thought you ought to know...I haven't wandered off to the pub or anything.

I recently purchased my MME used and it’s coming up on the end of the warranty. Hoping someone could check on my vehicle in case I need to take it in for updates/resolve any issues before the warranty ends. Would be so very grateful! Can you double check that this VIN is correct? FDRS doesn't like it and is continuing to give me an Error (500), but other VINs are coming up fine now.

The car has been doing okay overall for awhile now, but now we're experiencing ACM or DSP lockup on occasion, no audio/no gps. Only disconnecting the battery fixes it.

I cannot get FDRS or PTS to show me correct info on your VIN.

In PTS it actually says its a 2021 Edge instead of a Mach-E. No idea what's going on there.

Here I am again asking for another status. I did updates a week or two ago, and saw some recurring RFA issues / errors. I've been having some trouble with PAAK since then. Can you see what my updates and car health look like?
