As far as the lane centering goes, do you have FORScan? If so, I can look into it for you to see if it is fixable that way.
Thank you.

Unfortunately I don't have the necessary cable for that, but I guess now's as good a time to buy one as any.

I think I saw some messages here that explained that it's a configuration error after an update? Because there's a few symptoms that keep repeating around the lane centering and speed sign detection. Blue bubble doesn't appear, but it shows up when it gets cancelled, adaptive cruise / lane keep / speed sign toggles in the menu don't stick eventho they are active, and so on.

Was this something that could be fixed with some Forscan activities?

Have owned my mach-e for over 2 years. Had the HVJ recall performed a few weeks ago. Yesterday got the yellow wrench and "Powertrain Malfunction/Reduced Power" message. Never had it before. Hoping someone can look this up for me. Thanks in advance!

Hello, the car's WiFi is always connected even if it is turned off because I noticed that while the car is on, the home WiFi appears in the connected devices, but when I turn it off, it disappears from the list of connected devices. Should this be the case or would I have a problem with the car or my WiFi? Right now I am having problems with the OTA updates and I don't know if this has anything to do with it?

Call the service advisor soon. Your rear motor has a pump that's either going out or has gone out.

There has been one tiny update that required Wi-Fi, and it was more of a 'test' than an actual update. So, other than that, there have been zero OTAs that needed Wi-Fi connectivity in the last three years.

Your car downloads 99.98% of the OTAs you get through it's onboard telematics modem (TCU).

Set your check time to a time when you'll likely be in the middle of a commute to or from work. Middle of the night updates aren't as ideal when your 12V battery is somewhat discharged by that point. Having the check occur when your 12V battery is charged back up while you're driving seems to work better. Worth a try.

Would you consider this serious enough to not drive it? Can't get into dealer until Friday.

Thanks Mike G for the very comprehensive details on the VIN. Been pondering my next moves to get the MME current on all functional areas. I've a firmware/hardware engineer type of many year. In my world down-level code is not ideal, when an issue appears, Support/Development usually advise next step is "update".
As you noted, the Ford dealer won't take this on unless I can identify an issue related to a missing update & I'm not going to make up stuff. As you documented the last dealer update of "GWM, APIM, and TCU multiple times" which you noted via FDRS (?), took the Ford technician 7.5hrs. My wife not happy with me on that update, as she lost the more functional user interface as the horizontal rectanglar buttons were dumbed down to a square button version with less functionality.
The way forward for me now looking as FDRS license, Mongoose-Plus, PL6100 then I can update the 2022 GT P. & our 2024 Lincoln GT. Plus any neighbours vechiles in an "update party". Perhaps all costs buried as an Early Xmas present for the Wife? Ha-ha.
PS: The Summer Tires, for Winter time, will buy four new 20" rims, TPMS + Michelin winter tires. 1st dealer quote CAD$3,300 + 13%.
Update: Spent the weekend with FDRS firstly on the 2024 Lincoln Corsair GT as only six module line item updates, before the 2022 Mach-E GT P which had twenty-two line item updates...plus..Wife didn't want me learning on her Mach-E first!
Before each update, cleared the DTCs. All went ok, expect the CMR update on both vehicles, the "F118" CMR module didn't move from completion to next module "F120". Progress bar looping from 0 to 100%, then back to 0%, Mongoose adapter red light just occasionally blinking too when this looping occurs. I had to abort (heart in my mouth...) after I gave it 15-20mins of looping on each vehicle. When started CMR update again, F118 flashed up as OK, then FDRS immediately onwards to next module F120, though to successful completion of the CMR update. All tests passed when complete.

Was disappointed on the 2022 Mach-E to still be on BlueCruise 1.0, was hoping for 1.2, even 1.3 level.

@Mikeg Mike, after your intial analysis, does everything look ok to you? 5LMTJ5DZ5RUL06383 & 3FMTK4SXXNMA47660 Thanks.

Hi, can someone look up if my car has pulled down the update that is responsible for 2023's being unable to unlock? I also read that ECG-24.2.4.10.2 is supposed to fix that, is my car queued up to get that update? Vin is 3FMTK3S53PMB00260. Thanks!

If this was my car and I saw the pump error, I wouldn't risk driving it anywhere except to the dealer to minimize any potential damage. (might be risky then too, depending on the actual status of that pump)

What did the service advisor say? If they didn’t tell you to stop driving the car then it should be okay. They won’t know anything until they get the filter out to see if there are particles.

They have a receptionist answer the phone to schedule service appointments and I told her what was going on but she didn't seem to know anything.

When you say pump are you talking about the oil pump? I remember seeing a video from Munro Live where they tore down the rear MachE motor and they basically had to take apart the whole motor just to get to the oil pump. Wondering if they will just replace the rear motor?
