Soo i went there and they said that there is no way that they will do that beacuse they cant and same with eu maps and polish voice pack
You may be able to work with the Ford Electric Vehicle Team 800-392-3673 or 866-631-3788 x79969 to have the backend server settings to correct your car's location to show that it is in the EU now, and that it should now show EU maps and your language of choice.

Some settings need to be changed on Ford's servers to get that to happen, but it's possible they might do it.

We have had people who had gateway modules that were set to China that had to have their settings adjusted. So I don't know why getting them to change your 'market' settings would be any different...unless it's a "warranty" thing because you've moved the car from where it had warranty coverage to another country that it was not intended to operate in.

Hello guys
I live in Hungary and bought a 2 year old Mach-e AWD ER in July.
I got an update in August.
Power Up 3.5.4

Since then I have checked that it is very very behind the EU updates.

Can you check my chassis number?

By the way, the other thing I don't understand is that my car is marked as 371 hp, but I think it's "only" 351.
Was there a 371 hp of this?

Hi, all, I'd greatly appreciate a run-down on any remaining updates for mine. Thanks very much for offering this to the group.

A bit of potentially interesting background. I purchased my Mach E (2023 Premium AWD EB) at the end of March. I wasn't receiving any update notifications and none were available when I ran the update search through the car's dashboard, so in May I made a few calls to Ford support. I ended up getting connected to the Sync team, and they confirmed that updates hadn't been getting to the vehicle since it was built in 2022, so they sent me to my local dealer - finally got in to the dealer in mid-August for a half-day appt. They updated a few modules and sent me on my way with a follow-up appt a few weeks later. About two weeks after that first appointment, updates started flowing, so I cancelled the follow-up appt. I've been receiving and installing updates that require downtime almost daily for the past few weeks. I'm curious where I'm at in the process. Thanks in advance, @Mike G or anybody else!

Can someone look up 3FMTK4SE4NMA39472 ? I have a 22 GT and I haven't had updates since April. I'm still on the old icons and no BlueCruise update. I'm not the only one I'm sure, but it feels like it!

The 2nd one was WAY behind on updates after it sat with 6.3.0 as Not Completed for 6+ months, but it has been getting TONS of updates lately and I am really curious how far behind it is. The only major thing I can think of is that it is missing the BC 1.3 update that the first one got, but not sure what else.

Hey there again,

Could someone please look into what my vehicle may need for updates.

I've been having an issue with my vehicle connecting to the cloud, Ford Mothership?, for some time now and the dealer is trying their best to figure it out as well.

My issue sounds very similar to other 2021 issues that have been posted on this amazing forum, but I wanted to see if checking what is missing currently or if it's possible to see if a connection to Ford servers is even occurring can help me understand what is going on.

At the beginning of this month I had the "Front Camera Fault" and when bringing it in for servicing some modules were replaced which seemed to have resolved that issue. I did however bring it back in to take the opportunity to see if they could clarify why I'm not connecting with Ford servers and it seems that perhaps a gateway module may need to be replaced.

Anyway, I'm still pleased with how the service team is dealing with my Mach E, but I guess I wanted to see if any of the extensively more knowledgeable then myself members here could look into my vin and provide some insight so that I could go in and continue to advocate for myself when I bring the car back in.

They have also graciously kept an open work order so that my work could be covered under warranty as mine is about to expire.

As an aside, I had an Ford power up update applied back in June, 4.1.2 I think, and with the new module change my Sync screen shows it as "Not Completed" and I'm not sure if it can complete through OTA, but again if I don't have connection to Ford servers...then how?

Thanks for taking the time to listen to me rant, I'm loving the car and I'm trying to navigate this new world, I guess.
