Can anyone check for the VIN: 3FMTK3RM7MMA41061

It's currently on SYNC 4.0.22228 and I don't know why it won't update. Ford tells me my car is up to date but its still running the old UI so i'm at a loss. Thank you!

Any failed updates for VIN 3FMTK3SU1MMA39848? Had 30k service back in July and replaced 12V voluntarily. I think the last update I got was 24-PU0301-BLM-PE in June 2024.

The last time anyone connected to this car with FDRS was March 6th when the powertrain was updated.

Here's the list of available software showing in FDRS...many items of which should have already come as OTAs (like the door modules as an example):

A car can get so far behind that it won't receive OTAs at all. Yours shows that it has no OTA history within the last 60 days, and I'd bet it's been a lot longer than that since any updates arrived.

Also, your 12V battery is down to only 62% when I checked it. I would suggest before your next drive that you do a BMS reset just to see if you can get it to charge back up above 80%. (search BMS reset on this forum and you'll find out how).

If it were me I'd start by updating that GWM (gateway) module in the hopes that it might start the updates flowing again. Right now I don't see you getting any OTAs without some hands-on FDRS updating happening first because you're so far behind.

Oh, and when somebody at the service desk tells you that they don't see any updates...it means they are looking at your OTA status and when they don't see anything....well you must be up to date! This is either disingenuous, or if they actually believe that, then they don't know what they're talking about.

For 10 days I feel like it's updated almost every second day. I got a new UI while parked at the hospital today. I'm set to having automatic downloads and an 11:30pm schedule but it seems to update as it likes anyway and ignores the timer.

Is there anything still pending on WF0TR3SU0MMA19392 if anyone isn't too busy? It feels like a lot at once

Edit: Nevermind, I see from the wiki theres an absolute ton to go haha

Just in case anyone’s interested in average times. A data point, I got my first notification of update today since this last post circa 40 days. I went from 4.2.2.1 to 4.2.4.

Still a bit to go!
