Thank you!Two facts jump out at me. The first is that your car's TCU (onboard telematics modem) is reporting that as recently as two days ago it lost the connection to the gateway module (the car's network router that ties all modules together). The second fact is this message in the system that indicates that your car is not properly reporting it's status:

The possibility exists that this car simply needs the 12V battery negative terminal to be disconnected for 5 minutes and then reconnected to completely reset everything. I say that because in all the cases where there was a 'lockout' situation, that was actually the remedy that corrected it.
If you do disconnect the 12V battery and then reconnect it, take a short drive and then request another check of your VIN then we can tell you if it looks like the problem is resolved.
You can always contact your servicing dealer and request they look into the matter and ask that they pull up your connceted vehicle health page, and they'll see exactly what I'm seeing.
You do also have a few outstanding FSAs that the dealer would need to address anyway, so a visit to the shop might be the best idea.
Here's the short list of available software updates for your car in FDRS:
- 24B17 REPROGRAM SECONDARY ON-BOARD DIAGNOSTIC MODULE SOBDM
- 24B35 TIRE SEALANT AND INFLATOR KIT INSPECTION
- 24U08 2024 MACH-E CHARGE PORT INDICATOR RED FLASH WHEN DISCONNECTED
