Your car is talking to the mothership just fine. No GWM codes or anything of concern being reported. You are on the latest Sync and almost completely up to date. You are not getting updates because there is little to be updated on your car.

My had dealer the car yesterday in concern to a two week old 12V battery warning I had.

Following TSB 25-2058: 2021-2023 (Mach-E 12V Battery Drain - Software Update) they tested the battery, claiming a pass, and then stated to have applied multiple software updates.

My system is still stuck on 'Checking for updates.. Please wait" within the Sync software update screen.

The updated just about everything. Right now, you are only showing an IPC and a TCU update. They tried to update them, but they failed the USB method and gave up and left it as it was. You are on the latest Sync version.

To fix that screen where it stays stuck checking for updates, you will have to pull the negative battery cable for 20 minutes and when you check again, it will get past the spinning circle thing.

Next Wednesday I am bring my 23 AWD in for a 24,000 mile service. It would be extremely helpful if I knew if I had all my updates. Would someone be so kind as to look up 3FMTK3SS9PMA48851 and share with me if I am missing anything if my OTA's are up to date. Thank you in advance.

You were sent a GWM OTA on 1/25, but it was canceled by the cloud with no reason why provided. It will eventually get resent and once it installs, it should release the latest APIM update for your Sync to be at the latest. You do have the software for BC 1.3 and the config for lane change and all that stuff is correct for it to be working properly. Not much more pending.

Your car is on the latest Sync software and has the latest IPMA software, too, so all the big ones are done. It is not reporting any codes of concern and seems to be happy. No open recalls or campaigns. It would be nice if they could do the IPC update for you.....you should have gotten than one already based on where your car sits in the OTA process. The config for lane change assist all of that seems correct, but if you are missing the lane change animations during Bluecruise, that IPC update showing should be what gives that to you.

Been a few hundred pages since I posted last, and recently had some modules updated OTA and via TSB-25-2049. Would someone mind rerunning my VIN and see what else I have pending? I'm about done my warranty and want to try one last chance of getting these updates (My dealer seems to be pretty open to updates if I can link it to a complaint).

Showed this list to the Sales Person and Sales Manager. Their eyes went wide in disbelief. Said they would do all the leg work when I drop it off for the week and ensure that all updates are done and it's back in the system.
That's great, but when you get your car back check here again. You would not be the first to have the car "completely updated" with only work that can be billed to Ford.

I disconnected the battery and that solved the update screen being stuck

That gateway update in the list was scheduled as an OTA but according to the system it was "cancelled by the cloud" on the 25th of January. No idea why that happened, could have been several reasons for it.

If you are buying this car make sure you download and install FordPass on your phone, and then while at the dealership, sit in the car and perform a Sync Factory Reset to remove the previous owner's settings (it currently is locked to the previous owner), and then in your FordPass app on your phone, add the VIN of the car and accept the confirmation on the Sync screen to complete the process. Again, I recommend doing this before leaving the dealership.

Thank you so much for the info, I can’t tell from the screenshot since I am new to all this,
1)is the car behind on OTA by a lot? Will I need to get the FDRS setup to get it up to date?
2) Does FDRS also pull records when service is performed on the car?

Recently worked on to address a 'Reverse Brake Assistance Not Available". programmed updates to IPMA, CMR, CCM.

Ask them about the open recall (22P31) and the related error that the car is showing now (U0100) and you might mention the attached TSB that goes with it. If you're buying from a Ford dealer they can't sell the car without doing this recall.
