After exactly seven days in some sort of unknown status (chillin at the Newark auto ramp?) Norfolk Southern says my railcar has a status of 'actual placement'. Hoping this means unloading and delivery doesn't take too much longer! @MattyMachE hope you finally are seeing some progress too!

7 days on ramp and no status changes until

5/17 is my estimated delivery day as well.

My current car's registration expires on 5/15, so I am cutting it close / will be riding dirty for a few days.

Apparently, the Mach-E just left Bellvue, OH at 5:11 am this morning (it was just an arrival yesterday -- so it spent a day there). So, it may make the 5/17 date, keeping my fingers crossed.

Does ur state give u a grace period. Example: Texas has 10 day grace.

So the most recent update on this crazy journey… turns out my rail car was trackable all along. Railcar # UCRY002063 (Burlington Northern & Santa Fe Railway Co ) as supplied by ford actually had too many 0’s. Another forum member with BNSF figured it out and let me know when you actually just tracked UCRY2063 it showed it arrived in Richmond california on Monday and was unloaded last night around 5pm local time. So as of today it’s been unloaded and released about 20 miles from the dealership, I’m finally feeling confident this journey is getting close to ending! Solar install tomorrow and hopefully car isn’t far behind! ?

What a relief-- it seems like a lot of us are at the end of the rail trip or very close to getting there. I haven't forgotten about @Electricponi and others still in KC though and will be sticking around till the end!

I am a new poster to this thread, but I have been following along as you guys have tracked your MMEs. What is the best way for me to see it’s current status? Ordertracker shows no destination and a vehicle status as Picked. What does this mean?

I have reached out to the Ford chat and my dealer and both have lost visibility to it after arriving in KC, ramp 6R.

If I remember correctly, it means that you're scheduled to be paired with the next transport and when that happens, you should see the next destination point. My destination was empty until I was paired, then it switched to Sioux Falls (my home location).

Livin' on the edge!!!! Putting in 5 gallons at a time until I hear my car has been released from the "black hole". Called the dealer to politely ask WHAT THE H@!!? He said hands are tied, until they scan the car, it's in the black hole that's the Pearland rail yard. ???

The sales manager at my dealer said there is a shortage of trucks/truck drivers, and to expect 1-2 weeks for this final leg of the journey. Agonizing!

My MME has been at ramp 6P in KC, MO since May 5, still with an estimated delivery date to my dealer of May 19 2022. Unless they have not scanned my car or the train it is on, dont see them making that date. Will be pleasantly surprised if it happens of course. Patience is a virtue right?

Same here, but I'm a 01/10 build week lol. Went on chip hold until March and now here we are. Been at ramp 6P since May 7. Estimated delivery date to the dealer is 05/11-05/17...

Your estimated delivery range is the same as mine; hope we both get our MMEs in that range! fingers crossed for you! ?
