The mobile charger has a removable bracket that can be attached to the wall.

Couple that with a product like the one linked below for cable and J1772 connector management.

Hmm I didn't see the bracket included with mine. Going to have to take another look.

Edit: nevermind, just being dumb, it's there, snapped into the rest of the unit.

Is this a trucker shortage for the Los Angeles area or are they simply waiting for a full load for your dealership? My train tentatively gets to Mira Loma tomorrow. After sitting on ramps in MO I would hate to be so close yet so far. My dealership is in Valencia, so an hour and half away?
Not sure. Dealer seems unsurprised it would take that long and says when it arrives is outside their control.

Seems like the truck/trucker shortage is nationwide. My MME has been sitting 40 miles away waiting for a truck for 2 weeks. My delivery just got delayed to 6/6-6/12. Patience is really hard when it's this close!

Hobbes is home! First impressions of the Premium, woah, great luxury interior, great driving experience in unbridled (should I ever change it?) and its got a kick when you need it. So stoked to finally have it and this build week thread has been really great. Let's definitely keep it going as more of us get our cars!

Got the call from my dealership today that my Grabber Blue Mach-E was delivered and ready for pickup. The process was painless and sure enough, they honored MSRP. Napa Ford was great they even gave me a comparison of cost savings if I registered my car to my Napa house instead of San Jose. Managed to save over $2200 in taxes alone! Very happy with the experience. Good luck to all of those who haven't taken delivery yet.

My car has been paired for a week now… I know this is better than picked, but I really want to see this change to dispatched. Seeing all the deliveries makes me so jealous. Congratulations to you all.
Haha, the same night I post this the car gets dropped off at the dealer!!! It was a nice surprise this morning getting photos of her arrival. I went in today to take care of the paper work. I just need it to get inspected on Monday and then she will be mine!

Congrats. Just realized we’re in the same location. My dealership is Autonation Valencia. I’m hoping for delivery next week. Car Is now constructively placed status in Mira Loma. I believe this color will be the first around SCV.

And, mine arrived at the dealership Saturday 1AM. It will take 2 days(!) to complete the detailing and cleanup. Asked me to stop by on Monday or Tuesday.
My car came in last saturday, but wasn’t fully prepped until Wednesday. Part of it was getting time on the charger (dealer only had 2 L2 stations for charging).

To make matters worse, don't they preface those emails "In order to ensure your complete satisfaction"? This is just one of the many things that prove how terrible the Ford marketing team is through every step of the entire ordering process.

First, they create a snazzy website that makes you think you are ordering a vehicle at a set price where-- at worst-- the dealer is just a necessary middleman. (Turns out no-- you're $500 deposit and website order means nothing-- the dealer doesn't have to honor the price, can easily add on extras, and can even sell the car out from under you)

After your order, Ford marketing sends you tone-deaf emails about how exhilarating and exciting your Mach-E is going to be-- even before you have been scheduled for production. In the meantime, they provide zero communication about what your order status is or when you might expect to receive the vehicle.

And then after shipping the vehicle, they provide zero easily accessible information to track the status of your delivery. This forces their entire Ford communications department to have to field non-stop Ford Chat/Customer Service calls that waste everybody's time when they could just provide the same information directly to the consumer through the Ford website. To make matters worse, the estimated delivery dates Ford provides seem to be completely made up-- shift randomly and are often completely wrong.

And then when your vehicle arrives and Ford sends you an email inviting you to complete your purchase, the website is trash and doesn't let you apply for financing or honor price protection. Even if you do get the checkout process to work, the dealer throws it all out and starts the paperwork from scratch!

We're almost a year and a half into this Ford Marketing-- get it together! I know a lot of our complaints are more related to the logistics/slow deliveries, but I feel like a lot of that is unavoidable right now. Ford Marketing-- however-- could do a lot to make the process better even if it can't fix the supply chain.
The Ford experience is absolutely horrible as you highlight. I hope they learn fast but Farley has his hands full. With so many big challenges you would think they would try and fix the easy stuff but they just can’t understand or improve any of the customer experience. And the anomalies of people waiting a year for a car while others lucking out and getting them ordered and delivered in under 4 months is unacceptable.
