No new updates today for my MME. It is still in railyard in Petersburg, VA awaiting pickup by United Road Transport. ETA from FORD Chat is still showing June 21-June 27, 2022. Still in the running for last car delivered. I spoke with my sales guy yesterday who said he would be checking with his transporter (United Road Transport) to see what status is. He is ready for me to pick up and get this deal over with. So, we wait, not so patiently.
My first update when waiting on the truck was a text from my salesman telling me it was on the way. Fifteen minutes later he sent a pic of it being unloaded from the truck. Two hours later I was driving home. Fingers crossed for you! ?

Yes. I received it (May 21) then I had to get things done as I could not work while waiting Mach-E :)

After getting the Mach-E, I hit 500miles now. It has been pleasant rides. However, the suspension is quite hard and bouncy even at the recommended tire pressure (39 PSI). So, I may search options to make the suspension a little bit softer.

Overall, My wife and I are happy to have Mach-E Iced Blue Silver Metallic. !

Let's ask them!

Did you receive your Mach-Es?

Oh man, I just dropped of my Cyber Orange Mach E GT for Xpel Stealth PPF wrap with Opticoat Pro ceramic coat. Going to take two weeks! Don’t know how I’m going to last two weeks without her. ??

Super excited for the satin finish! Cyber orange is already a unique color in my area and with this she will be one of a kind! Will def post pics when I get her back!
First photos! 70% of the way through the Xpel stealth application. I was a little nervous to begin with, but now that I see it I love it ?

Ooh, an exciting update - I just went to look at my estimated delivery time on the Ford site (for like the third time today), and it now says "ready to purchase!" This is new and exciting! I haven't heard from my dealer yet but I'm think my dealer is off on Wednesdays (and I'm sure they need to prep it anyway). Do I wait until tomorrow or do I call them now? Exciting!!!

Ok question time! As I am starting to get Hobbes settled into the garage I am trying to figure out my charger setup. The electrician installed the charger box but as you can see, it juts out from the wall and because of the angle, I am not sure if I can have the mobile charger rest in the bracket while it's charging. Is anyone letting their mobile charger hang from the outlet or does it need to ideally rest in the mounting bracket? Suggestions welcomed!

I'm sure tomorrow is fine, it took my contact a day to confirm it had arrived, and then I gave them another day to finish prep. If you also got the "Complete your Purchase" email from Ford you can use that as an excuse to reach out, since it isn't obvious from the email that it is actually at the dealer (though I'm sure it is!) You're almost there!

Two weeks in, crossed over 1,000 miles over the holiday weekend. So far so good! At this rate, thinking I may have underestimated how much we will be driving this thing, though the last couple weeks weren't very representative of our typical driving.

Successfully went through our first two DCFC sessions-- one using a Shell Greenlots station in upstate New York and another via Electrify America here in NJ. Gotta say Electrify America is far superior in terms of user experience, despite the higher cost...

Main loves are the 360 camera and Blue Cruise (so glad we got the Comfort/Tech package with the Select!)

Main pet peeves are the charger door (don't like how it whips open on a spring and is harder to open/shut then it needs to be) and the windshield (seems to knick way more easily then the one on my Honda Fit)

A little over 400 miles and so far so good! My only gripe at this point is that darn door panel speaker...it's a magnet for my left knee! Anyone else have this issue?

Ok. Hoping sooner than later!!!!
Me too. My wife is on the fence about the whole thing. She thinks all this tracking and excitement about a new car is a bit much. Am
sure once she drives DarknStormy, she will feel differently.

Sorry for not checking in! I’ve been dealing with some family health issues that have consumed everything recently. We picked up the car though on may 19th, everything went perfectly with Walnut Creek Ford… seriously, couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

We love the car, haven’t gotten to drive it much, but did immediately drive it to the coast on the 20th and it was a joy! I did take a few minutes the other day though and enabled the kick to open on the trunk and was pleasantly surprised how it works perfectly every time, using only PAAK. So that was an unexpected surprise!

I’ll try to get some photos up this weekend.

Hope everybody is doing well!
