The "Connected Vehicle Features" is not syncing with the "Connected Services" on my Ford Pass App.
When I click "Connected Vehicle Services" on my screen nothing populates in the drop down menu (see video).
I have verified multiple "Connected Services" are active in my FordPass App.
Anyone else have this issue and solved it?

I have a 2023 Select model. About 6 days old.
Thank you for any help!

I have the exact same issue. I found rebooting Sync by pressing down volume and next track on the steering wheel temporarily fixed the issue in the car and allowed me to access the sub menus, but it never fixed the problem with FordPass. I called Ford phone support and they did not have any resolution other than bringing the car to my dealer. I have a separate issue with Hands-Free Blue Cruise not working, so I have scheduled an appointment this Friday. I'll report back here if the dealer is able to resolve this.

Glad to know I’m not the only one. I called Ford and they gave me the same advice as well. They said take it to the dealer, I’m trying to avoid that. Please let me know if the dealer gives you a simple fix. Thanks!

My FordPass app quit connecting to my car over the past 24 hours and I got the same behavior as your video when trying to confirm connected vehicle features in Sync. This thread, specifically this post helped: https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/fordpass-not-updating.18074/page-2#post-564897

Once I pulled and then reinstalled the TCU fuse a few minutes later, FordPass started working again and the connected vehicle features in the car were populated again. No idea what triggered this problem in the first place.

I was able to get connected services working again in Ford Pass by deleting my car and adding it back in. Unfortunately I no longer can get PAAK working and I'm unable to finish Key Setup. It fails after trying to connect to the car. I've tried turning Bluetooth on and off in both the car and on the iPhone, but I still can't resolve. My car is connected to my home wifi, so I may try this again after moving my car away from my wifi range. I've found the connected services menu in the car is less flaky when I'm off wifi.

You need to pull the #11 Fuse that's under the passenger footwell compartment, let it sit for 5 minutes and put it back in, that will get it back working again. No idea what's goin on, kinda weird that this has been happening a lot lately with different vehicles. I had to to do this yesterday, first time it happened in 1 1/2 years of ownership and 15k miles.

Another update - Fixed PAAK and connected services.

I drove my car outside WiFi range. Parked the car. Turned off car and restarted to confirm the modem communication icon was on the top right of the screen. For some reason it is intermittent and off when driving sometime. I removed my car from Ford Pass and added it back in again. Then I was able to successfully add Phone as Key.

I still have outdated hands-free maps, but decided I'm going to wait at least another week or two before seeing if the dealer can resolve.

I just realized I have this too, no drop down in connected vehicle features. I was trying to do the ignition cycle to boot my BC and noticed that this connected feature might be a problem. I have a 23 GT picked up 2 week ago.

I noticed my drop down doesn’t work when I see the modem activity icon missing. This is usually when the car is in my garage and car is on WiFi. I found moving my car outside WiFi range and in the open will resume modem activity. Then the drop down works again. I have not tried pulling any fuses yet.

When I was first setting up my vehicle a couple weeks ago I noticed that the Connected Vehicle Features dropdown was empty. Nothing populated even though connected features were turned on in my Ford account. But it was all brand new and I thought maybe that was normal. Just noticed in the last couple of days that it now fully populates a rather large dropdown. I didn’t pull any fuses or anything else. Just seems to work now.
