3/21/22 Build Week Gang

Hey all, ordered a Mach E GT on 11/22/2021, scheduled for the week of 3/21/2022, built 3/29/2022, and estimated delivery for 4/13/2022-04/19/2022. I don't have it yet, and Ford said the other day that it was still in Laredo, TX.

I asked for a container number, and the rep on the online chat said she couldn't give it to me. Her English wasn't too good, so I didn't want to press the issue.

The ordertrack.app website now shows the "Vehicle Status" at the bottom as "Picked" instead of "ASN." What does "picked" mean in this situation?

My dealer said the car will be put on a truck in Kansas and driven to my area. Does picked mean that it was put on a truck?? Destination still shows a "-."

ASN
Advance Shipping Notice (ASN) is the first step in the shipment process. A shipping notice is created when a vehicle is moved into the production process in order to allow the shipping providers the ability to plan for future shipments.

VEHICLE STATUS
Your vehicle may be in one of the following statuses:

• ASN
• On Hold
• Picked
• Paired
• Dispatched
• Delivered

A vehicle may be "On Hold" for many different reasons, but I am not able to determine what specifically.

Your vehicle will be picked and paired once the shipping provider readies your vehicle for transport. Once the status enteres dispatched, your vehicle is being picked up and in transit at which point the next status will be delivered.

Just an FYI from a 3/24 build in FL. My car got here last Friday to Bartow. Picking up tomorrow. You should expect that timeline after build. But then again, things are always changing. Good luck.

Just an FYI from a 3/24 build in FL. My car got here last Friday to Bartow. Picking up tomorrow. You should expect that timeline after build. But then again, things are always changing. Good luck.

Ordertrack app hasn't updated for me yet but according to the Ford chat lady, it's in Internati, MO with an ETA of May 8th. She also gave me my railcar # without me even asking.

Mine was in Decatur Illinois, on 4/16 on NFS. I guess it will get to Delaware around May 4th. My eta is May 6th, and it takes 2 days to get to Virginia by truck from what I have tracked to my dealer via United Road.

I did a Ford chat this morning and received info that my railcar number was AOK 502746 (Norfolk Southern). I called the Norfolk Southern automated line at (800) 635-5768 and it reported that my vehicle departed St Louis on 5/16 at 3:10PM. That's all I know right now.

Does anyone know how to determine where the train is going?

Based on what happened to me, that's a good thing cause it may be shipped heading to your dealer. Either call the deal and ask for the railcar # or (easiest) call ford.com chat. Go to Ford.com and communicate thru the chat bubble. You'll need VIN & order #. Have fun. this is the exciting part.

I just saw the entire thread on this. Your car is headed to Jacksonville. Them it will likely be trucked to your dealer. This step is not easily trackable but it won't take long.
