I have opportunity to buy a higher mileage Mach E with 17k miles. For those who have Mach E with some real mileage on them: Have you noticed any difference in the ride quality etc? Is there anything I should be worried about?

The only differences I’ve noted are due to software updates. One pedal drive dynamics, and blended braking.
I’ve not noticed anything I can attribute to age or wear & tear.

Mine's about to tick 18k and besides the HVBJB failing at 15k it's been fine. Nothing falling apart.

This.

A software update between my 2021 RWD SR and mid 2022 AWD ER caused the blending braking to be much smoother. I used to be rocked back and forth at stops.

Ford also vastly improved the charge curve over 80% SoC. I also think BlueCruise no longer ping pongs within the lane when active. It was noticeably bad in the fall of 2021... but my multiple recent trips I don't see the steering wheel spin left/right constantly like it used to.

I have about 17k on mine..... all good except tires are just about dead. I'll have to replace at 20k for sure before winter.

I had a couple things fixed under recall/warranty: display replaced, windshield adhesive

I have a Select AWD SR.... original HVBJB, no problems (yet)

Nothing. You'll just have 15k miles of wear on the tires. I'd replace the cabin filter though.

Odd question. Why would a car drive different at only 17K. The real questions though, is how much are you paying for a used Mach E with 17K worn tires, brake pad, battery, motor, etc. Versus buying a new one. Good savings?

Just touched 15k. No changes apart from software updates!

My tires at 48k miles.
I think I will replace them in a week or two. Rotated them once....around 20k miles if I remember correctly.

That is insane how long you're getting on the stock tires. I'm pretty shocked my GTPE summer tires are still at 7/32 at 6k miles with how much I zoom zoom. I thought they'd be at 4 or 3/32 by now lol.

Wow those look really beat up. Do you drive on gravel roads a lot? Shoulder is also showing signs of extreme heat stress.

I am approaching 15k and I have not noticed any difference in how it drives. Well, except for the aftermarket front and rear sway bars that I put on a couple weeks ago, which make it handle so much better.

Make sure the dealer does ALL the open software updates in FDRS before you take it home. You can provide the VIN on the thread below and someone will run it in FDRS and tell you what updates are needed. Then you should all the latest improvements. And the recall software, which they definitely will do anyway before you take it home.
