I did, it was the first thing I tried. I deleted the charged settings and saved location and shut off fordpass in my phone (and put in airplane mode just to be sure). Then I charged again, went into sync 4 and saved location, set up charging schedule, and same result, the ford service people did the same as well using the shop charging station, and they also got the same result.Have you ever eliminated FordPass from the equation? It seems like you have but if not I would give that a try just to eliminate it from the equation. It certainly seems like an in-car issue and not a FordPass issue.
