I got the same email. When I go to the link it says I have no recalls, but there are two "customer satisfaction programs"So I got this email today from Ford, wondering if it's related to the charging issue. I did run the vin on the link they provided and nothing showed up. I'm going to touch bases with the dealer in a couple days when I have the chance.

Hi Christopher,
We’re committed to building vehicles you can count on, so if something doesn’t meet our standards, we want to quickly make it right. That’s why we’re reaching out to let you know that your Mustang Mach‑E® has an open safety recall or customer satisfaction item. Use your vehicle's VIN to learn more.
To ensure your vehicle functions at its highest possible level, we recommend scheduling an appointment with your dealer as soon as possible. Don’t have time for a trip to the service center? Your local Ford Dealer may offer complimentary Ford Pickup & Delivery.*
If you have any questions or need assistance, please call our Customer Relationship Center at 866‑436‑7332.
