The cause of the issue is climate related (below freezing) but it's not because of the LVB. Ford is aware of the issue but can't release any more information on it at this time. I've been told to stay tuned.
....just spitballing... but if there is a specific component not handling the cold well, is there any indication it could limp along for a while if it were warmed? i.e. perhaps if wrapped in a 12v electric blanket, or gets a 12v heater pad stuck on like the RVers do with water tanks?

Did anyone got their MME back with HVJB and BECM replacement. Please let us know if the issue has been resolved or not.

Whereabouts in Michigan are you? I doubt you're anywhere close by to Chicago, but I have battery jump packs, 12v AGM charger, and FDRS hardware. Be willing to help if you're not far.
What is the Ford Diagnostic & Repair System (FDRS) hardware?

You need an OBDII scanner that can program the car (it must be compatible with FDRS), a power supply to keep the updates from killing the LVB, and a computer. Then you need a license to use the software.

I like doing things myself (I installed my tow hitch) but the cost associated with all the hardware and the software license is significant, and since I got my dealer to do the updates for free, a waste of my time and money. Cool people like @DevSecOps have all the stuff and an annual license, and he does updates for Forum members that live near him.

Dam....I am having the exact same problem!
From your other post, it sounds like you need to take it to a different dealer who is actually willing to run some tests and diagnose the car. If it is throwing error codes, there's no excuse for them to tell you it's fine. Running tests on the BECM is what got them to identify the issue with my car.

Both parts are now at the dealer! They're saying it will be ready tomorrow at the earliest, Friday at the latest. Much better than the initial estimate of March 17th, so that's nice! Hopefully, everyone else waiting on these same parts has the same luck.

Have they resolved these kinds of issues in the 2022 models or is it unknown?

I haven't seen a 2022 have this issue yet, but there hasn't been a ton delivered yet and it seems like it takes a couple of thousand miles to crop up, so no guarantees yet.

I'd love to hear the 'post-op' analysis of what the root cause might be... part internal failure, bad seal with water/salt infiltration, or ???

Any new developments? They have had the parts for 10 days now, right? Curious minds want to know! I hope you have your car back!

They got the parts replaced on the car over the last couple of days but then decided to replace the 12V battery too. I'm totally fine with that, but the car is still there waiting on a new one of those now...
