I have been using them for my EV service exclusively since I bought our 2022 Mach-E in May of that year. The first year was a little rough, but in 2023, they got a BEV service advisor, and recently, they got a new service manager who has treated us pretty well. They are very slow with repairs, and I believe it's because they still have only one person dedicated to EV service work.Truck City Ford isn't interested in EVs last time I was there. At that point maybe had one tech that was EV certified. So not completely surprised![]()
