Super cool when I get to tell my wife “I can’t make the car warm because Ford’s servers are down”.

And this company wants $800 a year for the privilege of using one of their software products?

Yeah, that was weird, PaaK didn’t work for me, but I had my fob, which I always do. After that weirdness, I had to reboot/reset the car to get AirPlay to send audio. Whatever.

Yeah, unfortunately I was on a long trip today and had about 3 hours of outage. I still got to charge, but had to use the EA app directly. And in FordPass the locations show up unknown.

One side effect, I was on the Ford site just now and it’s snappy. Maybe because it kicked everyone off, but I hope it also cleared some “cobwebs” in the process.

FordPass has no idea that I am charging right now. Are the servers down again?

Just spent an hour on the phone with Ford. Turning off Connectivity, locking the car and stepping away for 2 minutes, then reconnecting didn't help. Factory reset didn't help. FordPass now just says I am not authorized to connect to my car.

Ford support didn't see any of that activity on their end and they are unaware of any server issues at this time. I have a case number and they are escalating the issue. Response time is 3-5 days.
