I'm having an issue with adapter being sent (ordered by) the previous owner. They seemed very helpful through email and a follow up phone call on my part. I sent them everything (proof) they needed and told me I'd hear back in a few business days....two weeks later and nothing, and still showing ordered, just not for me.

Only thing I received so far is the 30,000 points and they just popped up on my FP account. That was even before I had the work done. Not sure that anyone has received the other items.
I just had 30k points added today. I had my HJVB replaced back in Oct/Nov, right after the Recall was announced.

So if I read this right, Ford is giving a gift to the folks who got their HVBJB replaced as a part of the recall, but if yours died while you were driving on the highway (as mine did) before they announced a recall, no love?
Correct if it caused you a real inconvenience by stranding you 100's of miles away from home and was not just you bringing it in for a recall on your schedule you are not deserving.

So even though I had my HVBJB replaced back in October, I'm still on the recall list. I went into the dealership that did the work. Apparently, the part number on my service does not match the part number on the recall because Ford can change that (the number for the part) when a recall is issued. My part is numbered "NK4Z 10C666 CRM CONNECTOR" on my service invoice for reference.

So how is the rollout on this going? I've seen a few people report they received the points already for work completed in January...

Mine was competed around 1/20/24... so I'm curious, have most people from around that time received the gift?

I'd send a DM with my VIN, dealership, etc. But technically they have a few more days before we hit 3 weeks...
My recall was done Jan 4 and I received points in March after I called , maybe coincidently, and no other gifts since.

Twins. Same vehicle trim but built and delivered about 1 month later than mine _and_ both our HVBJB replaced in Oct 2023 with -CRM. I too was on the recall list since Oct but just this past MondY my car was removed from the recall (~6 months later). It will be interesting to see if you get removed too.

Oh?

I had my dealer order the part using the recall part number with the idea that I'd bring the car in again for the same work?. All this just to clear the recall and get some free stuff ?.

My car has been fine since the work in October. I should probably follow the wisdom of if it ain't broke, don't fix it and just leave things well enough alone.

Maybe I'll get some of your luck and fall oft the list as well. As of right now, absolutely nothing adverse is showing in my Ford Pass app.

My car technically wasn't repaired under the recall and as I've mentioned my car was still listed as needing the recall for the last 6 months even after my HVBJB repair. But the recall notice suddenly disappeared this past Monday, Apr 15.

Since some forum members have stated that cars that were repaired prior to the recall will likely get removed from it, I had been waiting to see if it would happen to me....but the other part was that these same people were also not supposed to get the gifts. Well, I just checked my FordPass Rewards account tonight and 30,000 points were deposited Friday, Apr 19. I'm happily surprised. I'm not sure if I'll get the other gifts too. I'll reply if I do.

Thanks Ford. Despite the lack of enough communication, you seem to come through, at least for me.

So people who had their HVBJB fail before you finally got around to a permanent fix program/recall get screwed again?

Looking good as always Ford. I already know what my next car isn’t, just keep giving evidence.

That makes one. No joy here and not expecting it after Mach-lee note we are sh!t out of luck.

What would make a lot of people happy is less ignorant people in the world. I know that less Ford trolls and fan boys here would also be good.

I see lots of people who haven’t received anything, but apart from points, has anyone received anything? Has anyone called the contact number they gave?

I had the recall completed on March 19th, got the points on March 26th, but nothing on the charging mat and gift card. I sent a direct message to Ford on the Mach-E forum earlier this week (Wednesday), they responded same day to get more information. Next day (Thursday) I sent back the information & they opened a ticket with the EV Team , and I got a phone call from the EV Team the same day (Thursday). The person I spoke with had no knowledge of the goodwill program and was confused because she thought I was looking to get money back from paying for a recall. The EV Team member also suggested I call the accessories team. (She also sounded like she was running on a treadmill). So that was a dead end.

Today (Friday) I called the number that Ford directly message me, (1-833-807-3673) and got connected with a wonderful representative (Sherril) who was familiar with the program, and she confirmed these things.

- The dealer was supposed to place a letter in the car notifying that you will receive three things (30k points, charging mat, giftcard/check). Note: The letter is a notification of those three things, not the actual things. She even called my dealership's service manager to see if they were including that letter for other recalls, which they said they would have to check with their regional manager.
- She said that the charging mat is still scheduled to be shipped & should be shipping soon, but call back if you don't get it within 3-weeks more weeks.
-The gift card/check QR code letter is included with the charging mat.

The rep also warned me that some people are getting issues with the accelerator pedal with one-pedal driving right after they perform the recall. There is a fix for that in place that the dealer can implement. My wife & I do not use one-pedal and were not affected. Our Blue Cruise stopped working sometime after the recall, but that was tied to the driver camera fault, which the dealer repaired quickly.

Anyway us Canadians get nothing. I had the recall performed at the dealer and got no gifts, no points no nothing. But my car is running fine, so there’s at least that!

I have my 22 Premium AWD Ext scheduled for the HVJB recall. Got a call from my dealer today that Ford has suspended the recall program but they don't know why yet.
