Anyway us Canadians get nothing. I had the recall performed at the dealer and got no gifts, no points no nothing. But my car is running fine, so there’s at least that!
No lemon laws = no incentive to do anything.

The rep also warned me that some people are getting issues with the accelerator pedal with one-pedal driving right after they perform the recall. There is a fix for that in place that the dealer can implement. My wife & I do not use one-pedal and were not affected. Our Blue Cruise stopped working sometime after the recall, but that was tied to the driver camera fault, which the dealer repaired quickly.
Check these three threads. There appears to be a problem with the recent powertrain updates which go along with 23S56 and Ford has not withdrawn the updates from FDRS at this time, so in fact there is not yet a fix in place.

Recalls completed Jan 29th. Received points and adapter. Waiting for the rest of the gifts.
PCM files in my FDRS account which I will not update.
Enjoying my Mache, Tesla chargers are great.

Received the gifts a week ago. Matt and a letter with QR code that gets you a $50 card or Amazon gift card. I chose the gift card.

I haven't had a single thing happen related to my downtime with this car and that problem luckily my wife wasn't trying to thank God she has to drive all the way into inland LA with it sometimes but no nothing I received nothing from Ford in the situation I think they're just telling stories to people or giving these things to people that are only positive experiences but you gotta share both the good and the bad otherwise you're lying to everyone

Ford place so many games of people that buy cars from them they make promises they can't keep they blame it on other people and they just push things down the road I'm at my wits end with this car and Ford at this point too many problems too many broken promises.

Bredemann in Glenview. I did the recall on the first day it was available.

Talked to bredermann, and they said that ford put the recall on hold., and fox ford lincoln said that parts are on backorder. Talking to ford online support shows that the part is available. what a joke. -_-

I think there’s a safety issue with cars that are being updated at dealers. All recalls are on hold now. It is a cluster.

So after telling me I needed to order a new part with a part number that matches the recall's part number, my car is now, suddenly, no longer on the recall list (I had HVBJB work done back in October). I think service departments (at least the one at my dealership) still don't really know what they are talking about when it comes to this car. :rolleyes:

I checked my Ford Pass account and the 30,000 points have been added. Now I have to go through my mail to see if I got the letter and gift card and what not.

As of this posting, Ford's site was being a bit janky (I was also trying to check on my adapter order status and was unable to).
