Hi Mustang Mach-E Owners,

In our ongoing efforts to ensure you are well looked after, we are offering customers impacted by the 23S56 recall with a goodwill package following service completion as an appreciation for working with us and your dealer to make this right for you.

If you have had your Mustang Mach-E serviced for this recall the goodwill package will automatically be sent to you.

What is included in the goodwill package?
1. 30k FordPass®Rewards – These points are automatically placed in the user’s account after all repair paperwork has been processed by the Dealer and Ford
2. A complimentary mobile phone charging mat with an updated design to be sent directly to the customer’s vehicle registration address after completion of service.
3. Included with the Charging Mat is a $50 reimbursement (either an Amazon Gift Card or a mail check -- customer’s choice)
-This reimbursement will be made available to the customer via a QR code included on a letter accompanying the charging mat.

If you have completed this recall already and are awaiting your goodwill package, we are beginning dispatch of the FordPass Rewards points and mobile phone charging mat this month and you should receive them soon.

What do I need to do to receive this package?
Customers eligible for FSA 23S56 should work with their local dealer to complete the repair. Customers will start seeing their FordPass Rewards points in their accounts approximately 3 weeks after the repair is completed. The charging mat and $50 reimbursement will also be sent approximately 3 weeks after the repair is completed. No additional action by the customer is necessary.

My dealer didn’t mention the goodwill program when I picked up my vehicle after repair. How do I know I’ll receive this package?
Regardless of whether the dealer communicated the details of the package, customers affected by FSA 23S56 will receive these complimentary gifts automatically.

It’s been well over 3 weeks since this forum post, my FSA has been completed, and I have not received any update on goodwill delivery. What should I do?
Please send us a DM here on the forum with your VIN, contact information, recall completion date and dealership. We will review your details and progress of your goodwill. Alternatively our Recall Concierge team will be happy to assist you. They can be reached at 1-833-807-3673 or ford.com/support. Representatives are available Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET.

I completed my FSA for this recall prior to this goodwill program going into effect. Do I still receive a gift?
Goodwill is specific to the FSA 23S56 recall program. Customers who have completed the FSA 23S56 recall will automatically receive their goodwill.
So if I read this right, Ford is giving a gift to the folks who got their HVBJB replaced as a part of the recall, but if yours died while you were driving on the highway (as mine did) before they announced a recall, no love?

How is this progressing for everyone, I had my recall done in January but haven't received anything. I reached out to Ford but no update from them.

I have not heard anything about when my goodwill will be delivered. I didn’t want to have to reach out. It’s going on my todo list. My recall was the end of January.

Only thing I received so far is the 30,000 points and they just popped up on my FP account. That was even before I had the work done. Not sure that anyone has received the other items.

Hopefully you're the original owner. I purchased a used 2021 MME. Had the recall done in January. Ford ended up sending the 30k points to the previous owner after I had reached out and they assured me they updated the owner info to me. Now they are not responding to emails or calls. I bet the rest of the stuff got sent to the original owner as well.

Just had 23S56 campaign completed on my car. The Goodwill gesture is most welcome. Just don't use the points to renew your Connected Navigation subscription. The purchase will fail. I have an open case and was told it will be 3 weeks to fix the problem. Is Ford still writing code in COBOL?
I used my points to renew Navigation. But it didn’t appear until the trial actually ended. Signed up around 3/25 or so. Got acknowledgement that the points were used at that time. It wasn’t until 4/2 when the renewal appeared. Same thing happened when purchasing BC. I purchased with a credit card in December, but the renewal didn’t appear until 1/1/24.

Just got my car back. Everything seems to be in good working order, and they washed it. Kudos to Townsend Ford in Townsend Mass!

Still waiting on my points. Contacted @Ford Motor Company a while ago and they created a case for me and I've just been ghosted since. No followup from the "concierge" service or the rep on this forum.

I have 3 recalls pending on my 2021 MME. The only dealer on this island has refused to do the work. The goodwill program is meaningless if your dealers won’t do safety recalls.
So I’m assuming you’re in Hawaii? This is the kind of thing that bothers me since I bought the car. I didn’t read any of these warranty or car repair nightmare stuff until I joined the forum. It seems everything you read and even on my end when I go to the dealer, they don’t have a qualified tech that works on electrical cars yet! So I told them the other day when I went down there I’m like all these nightmare stories about keeping your car for 12 weeks no loaners and so on, I’m like if you’re telling me that when I bring my car in for repair, you might as well start working on how much you’re gonna give me for my car because I’m just gonna trade it at that point. I’m not dealing with that. They said look you gotta bring your car for that long. We’re gonna give you a card to use because you bought enough cars from, our Toyota dealer and us, …….we’ll see, i’m just hoping I don’t have any serious issues.

I'm in a similar boat. I reached out here, provided all my info and they said the case had been sent to the ev team.. two weeks ago and nothing since

I'm seeing a pattern here, but just with this program, but every announcement from Ford...

They say something is coming, then we wait and wait and it never happens.

The only issue I have is the refusal of the dealer to perform any of the recalls. They’re willing to rotate the tires and replace the cabin filter though.

The car itself has been fine. Nary a real issue in 3 years. A few hiccups and glitches here and there but that’s to be expected and all of those got worked out.

Well I got something from Ford today in the mail, thought it might be something to do with this, but alas it was $20 for my 23 maverick for not including a wifi Hotspot...

So I guess that means they are able to actually send stuff, just not for the Mach E
