I have a Grizzl-e for over 1 year and 20k miles of charging. Been flawless. But even if it went out, they seem to respond well and take care of their customers. So no worry here.
yeah, they overnighted a new unit to me, can't complain about that

OP -- Check your fuses before starting any kind of replacement request. Its going to be faster and cheaper than sending a unit back for repairs.
They are sending a new one and a return label, so no money out of pocket.

I’d be curious to pop the cover off and look for any burn marks.
I opened it up and don’t see any visible damage, my guess is the switch (the box on the left) went bad?

Take those fuses out and test with a multimeter. It may not be visibly blown.
I probably would do that if I didn’t already have one on the way, good to know if it happens again, thanks!

Tap on the relay on the left with a screw driver handle....the relay could be stuck shut and a little vibration might make it open back up. My dryer has this happen on occasion lol.

The cube on the left is a 12V power supply that powers the electronics, not a relay. If that’s dead, then nothing will work.

Ah I thought that was the relay, the issue is obviously not something I can see haha

Clipper Creek, now Enphase
Six years now, never a problem
Not smart, just works
Not cool, just works
Simple and effective, just works
Utility Cos. do not like it because they cannot control it (therefor no rebate)
Clipper Creek (pioneer) technology can be found in all EVSEs
Have not heard or read of any (real) problem w/ it, but there surely must be a faulty unit somewhere out there?

Three year warranty is pretty good. I should be coming to close to year now. Went with the Extreme and got a recent (at the time) build date.

Those using Duo can you use the existing plate mount for the single charger?

Yes, the mount plate is identical for the duo and regular Grizzl-e. The case of the duo is much deeper, but the length and width are unchanged from the original. I think this allowed them to re use some parts like the lid, bracket and led.

The duo is a nice unit, had mine about 2-yrs. No apps or hard wiring to mess with, just plug it in and ready to go.

I am on my third grizzl-e charger. First one did the dead thing, 2nd one did got caught in endless errors and would not last 5 mins charging the car to then it just beeps red every time it was plugged into the wall.

The current one works most of the time but still regularly throws errors requiring a power cycle.

I have read grizzl-e just have issues playing nice with the Mach-E. I plan on replacing it when we replace my other car to one of those dual plug ones out there but it will not be a grizzl-e.

Ford and grizzl-e just don't play nice it seems. It sucks as I really like the simplicity of the charger and the design.

Hoping you tested for incoming voltage before condemning it. Just because the breaker is closed, it doesn't mean that there is power at the plug.
