I did find out that charging at 120V on the Mach-E is not supposed to be impacted by a charging schedule. The Ford API considers charging from 120V as trickle charging and therefor does not limit to any charging schedules. That is what the Mach-E engineer told me.

Does that mean the max charging percentage doesn't apply to 120V charging either? I hope that's not the case.

Good question. I do not know. Someone should test it out. I can not since they the software monitoring token is still on my car and they turned off all of my profile settings and location charging settings.

It does apply in my case and it stops at 90%. That’s why I used the ”anytime” with max 90%.

Just wondering. Did Bob send the “Remote Vehicle Setup” On FordPass when he first received the car? In my case I sent it to the car, didn’t get to the car for couple hours, I opened a different profile on the car, few hours later remote setup got to the car and I think this triggered a conflict. I never entered any settings for the weekend in either profiles. Now as I stated before, I can charge on 240v everywhere but home during the week. And on weekends it works everywhere even at home. If any of my neighbors like to come over this coming Saturday, I am in Bloomingdale, Illinois. Hopefully Ford can fix the issue before Saturday ?.
I didn't send any setup on FordPass.

Just this morning I enabled WiFi connectivity to the home network and enabled a few more settings. After getting my temp plate yesterday afternoon, I left the car plugged into 120V to just keep it warm since we've had a little bit of colder weather. Will retry the 240V charging again later today.

Hey All, just read through this thread after having a 240V installed in my garage today to find the same issue you all have. I am in Colorado, so not just Illinois I guess. I have been charging at EA stations with no issues. 120v works as the others have stated.

Hope there is some kind of fix , and I will add my data to the tracker once I reach out to the dealer on the issue.

I just read through all these posts as well since I have the same issue. I’m in Illinois (Park Ridge) and had the car at the dealer overnight- they didn’t find any issues (no surprise there). I entered my info in the spreadsheet and hopefully there is a solution soon. I’m going to call Ford again tomorrow to update them since I have a case number established. I’m sorry we’re all experiencing this with our otherwise awesome cars!

No, they said early to mid week so if I don’t hear anything by tomorrow late morning, I will start following up.
I'm expecting a call from the service manager tomorrow who was calling the hotline on my behalf. I'll followup with him and also share some information on what is being reported here as well hoping that our problem remains a priority.

Good Morning,

Just figured I'd update for my particular situation. I have an FE that initially wasn't charging on 240v at all (home or work) but was fine on a standard 120v THEN stopped charging at all from the EVSE but would charge on public chargers fine. We had our car at the dealer for the last week, it was determined it was the EVSE and they gave us a replacement. It works on 120v fine both home/work, but it won't charge at 240v at our home but will charge on 240v at my work. Ford pass seems to be functioning fine and the car seems fine so chances are something is up at home. I will update if I ever figure out the issue.
