Looking at your history, yes your 12V battery has reached end of life and has low capacity, so it needs to be replaced. It will take an extremely long time (days) to reach a high SoC due to the degradation. This is causing your OTAs to fail.I just followed the "Blower Charge" Method for three hours in my 2022 MME but it only increased the 12V battery from 66% to 71%. I don't have a dash cam or anything else plugged in.
Is my 12V battery unhealthy?
