I pulled up next to a Mach-E at a light the other day. We weren't nose to nose, because he was over the line and I'm perfect in every way.

He floored it when the light changed. And we both get stopped at the next light.

I think we're playing "take off fast from the light", so I hit it at green and he holds back. wtf.

So, normal driving thereafter, but I never saw any acknowledgement that he saw me.

We find that most Mach-E drivers are clueless. They don't even notice that you're driving a Mach-E next to or approaching them. Totally clueless people.

Most are too busy staring at their GOM obsessing over how they're getting screwed on range.

I was just joking! At one point there were only two people with them here in Fairbanks. Turned out I ordered the exact same color as the first person! Just kind of funny. Several more driving around now.
Back in the day I bought an 89 GT. I had never seen that color on ANY Fords before so I jumped on the purchase. Because I was coming home from the dealer and not my usual route I drove by the front of our apartment complex instead of the side street .
Sitting not 3 feet from the driveway on the street was my cars twin. The both of us probably couldn't believe our luck . I know I couldn't . Fast forward 30 years and it happened again.

Two fingers off the top of the steering wheels seems to be the most common gesture and people in rural areas have been doing this for years.

It's also common for motorcyclists to put their left hand down off the bars to acknowledge other riders. It does give one a sense of community.

Yeah, some mornings I see a black select pull up next to me. I’m in the go straight ahead lane and she’s in the right turn lane. She has to look past me to see oncoming traffic before proceeding. I don’t think I have seen her wave back yet. Maybe a cat lover? Maybe doesn’t like hunting dogs? Maybe just can’t see the black dog in the black interior? ?‍♂?

Not from what some CR1 owners are claiming.

I have run into the 'overly happy to see another MME crowd'.

This one time at Walmart. I was pulling out of a DCFC, a Cyber Orange was trying to get to the stall I was at, he was happy, waiving and driving then curbed the shit out of hi right rear tire. We stopped waving at the moment.

Another was just a random parking lot. We met at a T. They going left me going straight. So happily waving neither of us could figure out who had the right of way so we did the 'no you go first wave, dance, then both tried to go. Another victim of friendly fire. We both in Space White GT trim.

Another Space white happily driving the other way on Ray road. Waving with both hands. Might have been signaling something? But I waved back.

Another Space white prem or CR with the blacked out tail light strip, we wave passing on the freeway. Few miles up they pass waving. Success.

I see 2-5 Mach-Es every day. At least where I live, it's not a rarity anymore and I'm not gonna be the weirdo to wave at every one that goes by.

I was waved at once in 2 years of ownership towards the very beginning.

The commonality I notice between all MME owners around here is that we all back into parking spots so that when our HVBJBs fail we can be easily towed.

Does the cap fit any of us?
