You all are missing the point. This is my third Mach-E over the past two years. My first was a grabber blue First Edition. My second a cyber orange GTPE (which I still have). My third is my wife's PE (which is in the picture). I used to regularly see charging rates north of 150 KW. Now I'm lucky if I see 110 KW. Just last night at 45% SOC and 55 degrees F ambient temperature, the most I saw was 76 KW.Yep and if he plugs in on a cold day at a similar state of charge, he might even get better charging speed than the EV6 - see the InsideEVS race to vegas video where the Ioniq5 cold-throttled hard.
I'm guessing that Ford has slowed down the charging rate at DC fast chargers due to the problem with contactors welding shut. I'm wondering if anybody else has experienced a slowdown in DC fast charging as well?
