Again I think you're not understanding. At 48 it would cut so I had to lower to 40 just to get it to charge and I would get the up and down. You need to get the harness with the temp sensor replaced. You can clearly see that in your graph the up and down starts after 10 minutes. It's the exact same issue. Your port and harness need to be replaced. You sure about that?

Along with several others that didn't have a way to see it in a graph but realized "it takes longer to charge".
Great, your port was replaced and it still does it and if you charge at 48 it just quits. Those of us who could turned it down to 40 or 32amps, still struggling with it. Yours yoyoing at 10 minutes seems to be an edge case.
Correct because the car is being told to throttle to 32 if you're at 40If I charge straight at 32 I have no issues.
Mine and several thousand others.Again I think you're not understanding. At 48 it would cut so I had to lower to 40 just to get it to charge and I would get the up and down. Just another BS move by Ford, in reality we can’t charge at a speed they say we can. They may as well say max charge at 19 kw and then throttle us back to 7, most people won’t know anyway.Correct because the car is being told to throttle to 32 if you're at 40
If you received that code you blew by the max temp. Now that my car is throttled I don’t get near max temp and therefore no code and therefore no new parts And Ford EV team told my dealer throttling is normal and all ok.The code wss P0E5F in the SOBDM
No it's not doing the same thing. I strongly believe that the update was put in place to throttle the charge slightly and not give us the up and down issue we were having. I can charge at 48 amps now yes it'll go down to 44 but at least it's not stopping.Mine and several thousand others. Which you're is replaced and still an issue no?
I can charge at 48, then it starts derating to 28. I gave up trying to derate my charger to make the car happy. Let it burn I say.
How did it get throttled? Can you try charging at 48 amps?If you received that code you blew by the max temp. Now that my car is throttled I don’t get near max temp and therefore no code and therefore no new parts And Ford EV team told my dealer throttling is normal and all ok.
Ford is throttling it.How did it get throttled? Can you try charging at 48 amps?
Ya that's how mine was acting but I was able to get the code to show up because it threw the code when I charged at 48 amps. At 48 amps it doesn't throttle, it shuts down. If you could find someone with a 48 amp you might get it to throw the code. It takes only a couple of seconds at 48.Ford is throttling it.
my juicebox is a 40 amp And normally charges at roughly 9 kw. If I leave it at 40 amp it jumps up and down from 9-6 kw after about 45 minutes.
if I set the juicebox to 32 amp it charges at a steady 7 kw. All numbers are approx.
This sounds right. I'll know more Monday I am driving to Ottawa (2.5 hours away) I will need to fast charge there and will charge overnight when I get back, starting at roughly 30%.Mine takes around two hours before it starts throttling. It seems like if it starts throttling after 10 minutes, it is a different issue. Maybe the 10 minute throttling cases are defects, while the ones that take longer are normal and throttling is happening due to increased sensitivity introduced in the software.
