I just noticed that they updated the ordering page with the 91 kWh usable battery and new EPA range estimates.

Select RWD - 247 miles +17 mi
Select AWD - 224 miles +13 mi

Premium RWD - 247 miles +17 mi
Premium AWD - 224 miles +13 mi
Premium Ext. Range RWD - 303 miles +3 mi
Premium Ext. Range AWD - 277 miles +7 mi

California RT1 RWD - 314 miles +9 mi
California RT1 AWD - 312 miles

GT - 270 miles
GTPE - 260 miles
(GT's ranges are unchanged but 91 kWh usable battery has been updated)

Looks like 18" wheels and an extended battery = extra range. CA RT1 aero wheels being the best possible option for long range

I’m surprised that the AWD and RWD CA RT. 1s are so close in range, that doesn’t quite make sense to me.

I can't wait to get the CSP update from my dealer so I can unlock this additional 13mi (20.8km) of range for my SR AWD!

Aero drag is the biggest factor, the extra motor is a small player.

True, but look at the difference in range between the SR AWD and RWD variants (23 miles), and the difference in range between the ER AWD and RWD Premium variants (26 miles).

For the CA Rt. 1s the difference is only two miles?

Yeah, doesn’t make much sense. Also, the ER AWD only gets an increase of 7 miles with 3kWh unlocked, but the SR AWD gets an increase of 13 miles with only 2kWh unlocked? The difference is even more for the RWD versions. I don’t get it.

Booyah - 21P22 tacking an extra 7mi onto the GOM? Christmas come early!
I don’t think we’ve actually gotten confirmation that 21P22 increases the usable battery capacity. It may, but I’m not sure how to tell.

I suspect that the numbers are not accurate for the Premium Extended RWD, or for the California Rt 1 AWD. EPA has not published the results for the 2022 models, so I think Ford jumped the gun with inaccurate figures...

It’ll be most interesting to see how any of this works out in the real world. I would imagine for day to day driving across all models it’s probably a 5 mile shift or so.

Currently I am still averaging 336-mile range. Love it!
I put 18" select wheels on my premium, range went up. Its winter where I live but it will be interesting come summer to see how it does.

If I could buy a set of CA RT1 wheels for reasonable I would buy them.

Also the calibration update was done today so it now has the 91kwh capacity.
