Hello People,

Has anyone come across some weird marks on the windshield?
Pictures attached.

This will get that all off - you will need to reapply your rainx/aquapel/whatever after it is cleaned.

Mine also had that at some point, I believe the car wash I go to was able to remove it.

I tried with chemical guys heavy-duty water stain removal but no luck . Can I try with a polisher instead of a hand rub?

I would try using a polish and polishing pad that is specifically designed for glass such those from Griots Garage in this kit:

50/50 vinegar and water to clean it.

The markings have been on ours since day one.

The dealer tried to ‘buff’ it out but didn’t work. Ford refused to warranty it even though there are numbers written on it so obviously it was from some point in shipping, right?

The trail is where the wipers go, almost like someone turned them on with there being a ton of dirt on there. Think anything can remove it?

I sent video of the inside and outside, pictures etc. and warranty denied it. They said there was no way for them to prove it was a defect IN the glass.

We took delivery at night so there was really no way to notice it unless the sun is shining right in.

Hoping it breaks when they do the windshield/pano roof recall lol

same here , I Picked it up inthe evening. I didn’t noticed at all.. ceramic coating guy noticed it..

Invisible glass wipes are not the same as the glass stripper. Same company, different product. The wipes will not take off the gunk. The stripper is a polish.
