I’m seeing listings on AutoTrader for the GT (obviously ADM) but I wasn’t before, so it’s a good sign delivery is coming to ordered customers soon!

My guess is tomorrow. Ford seems to like Thursdays ??‍?
There hasn't even been a *hint* from any journalist or YouTuber that a GT review is going to drop soon. Either it's not happening or the embargo is airtight.

Regardless, it's great to see these first units moving on railcars. Thanks so much @Carmel Mach E Auto for taking the time to track this all down!

Somehow Chino Hills Ford in CA has FOUR GT's coming in all with a 10k ADM. What good luck for them that they had so many early abandoned orders!

My GT PE VIN starts with 3FMTK4SX5MME. Of course with the minimum of 6 week delay means who knows when it will ship. Ford is doing zero communications to buyers.
Would you rather Ford communicate really well with you, but the car takes re hours longer to get to you, or have Ford do zero communications about the thousands of vehicles they build each day, and get the car to you as quick as safely possible?

I get that you (not you personally, but all the people waiting for a car) are excited, and tired of waiting. I do. But, while your car is the most important thing going on to you, it is just one of thousands to Ford. It will arrive precisely when it does, whether Ford is forthcoming with that information or not.

I've sent messages to Mike Levine at Ford, Jim Farley, Mike Dean as well as several online motor journalists like Doug Demuro, Matt Farrah, etc and no one has replied even that they can't talk about it (not that I 100% expected a reply) but I've sent out probably a dozen messages to various people and not one person replies and even drops a breadcrumb? I think the embargo is super tight on this one.

Clearly most people would rather have accurate communication regardless. A lost art forever I'm afraid.

Nice. IA is getting really close to me. I'm trying to buy an Explorer ST for my wife that's due to land any day. It's going to be a race to see whether the Mach-E GTPE or ST arrives first. One ST landed yesterday, but they're trying to figure out if the customer's going to back out of it. Crazy how hard it is to buy a vehicle right now.......

I think the embargo is super tight on this one.
Assuming the embargo isn't lifted today or tomorrow, perhaps we'll learn more this Saturday at the Woodward Dream Cruise which takes place just outside of Detroit. Ford is the main sponsor for this massive event, and they'll have a significant presence with lots of new products on display including the Mach-E GT. Because of the sheer volume of people who attend, traffic is typically bumper-to-bumper, so this probably isn't the right place to conduct any sort of official press drives. But there should be a number of Ford officials on hand, and I expect they'll be inundated with questions about the Mach-E GT. So they may at least open up a bit on when they'll allow the media to test and write about the vehicle.

I am planning to go check out Ford's Mach-E display at spend some time talking with whoever Ford has available. This isn't you typical auto show - it's geared specifically toward enthusiasts. So I am cautiously optimistic that Ford will throw us a bone and be prepared to offer something more than canned responses containing the official information that can be found online.

How about anyone from Jalopnik? They may drop a breadcrumb, but I have my doubts, since they were slapped on the wrist (by Ford) last time when MME debuted! ? ?
