Today I've started noticing a very foul smell -- similar to some type of manure coming from my Mach E -- especially when it's in an enclosed garage space. The smell is most noticeable outside the car. I can't see anything stuck to the tires or undercarriage. My only thought is that a small creature crawled up into a crevice and is now decaying. Anyone else had a similar issue or any ideas on where else to look?

Thanks!

I'd go get a car wash (or do it yourself in your driveway) and then see from there.

Might be worth a trip to the service center for them to check under some panels. Looking forward to the update to see what is causing this.

Agree with a car wash, and if there is an option for "undercarriage" wash be sure to get that. Could be some roadkill stuck somewhere.

Thankfully have not had this issue. Wont be pretty but if you have ramps, take a flashlight.

Thanks all. I think some liquified sewage got up in my wheel wells. There wasn’t much to see, but my nose detects an improvement after a bunch of flushing with the hose. [insert Atlanta jokes here].

I'd look for a dead animal (mouse or squirrel, bird) in the garage...

Hopefully the wash took care of it. Some posters reported animals nesting in their car. If smell does not go away look under panels in the frunk.

there is enough room under the frunk above the belly pan, and between the rear 'diaper' and the bottom of the cargo area for families of critters..... I would suggest you pull the wheels off, and give a really good spray in the gaps around the suspension to blow out whatever is sitting on the front/rear pans.

Jes sayin. Most owners bring out the buffet weekly for their neighbors. As we can see from the psychotic smile on her face

Mice like to build nests above car cabin air filters. I’d pull the filter to confirm that’s not the problem.

Oh c'mon, you can't leave us hanging without the story about how you drove your Mach-E thru "liquified sewage" ?
