No hands-free liftgate?

Here's another MME problem. When I went to the dealer about my tire I asked them about the hands-free liftgate. The guy I talked to did some research and told me that the OTA update for Bluecruse took that feature away and that there is another update scheduled to come out to fix that issue. How soon this update comes out is not known but it is coming.

Did anyone else loose this ability with there liftgate?

Also, does anyone else have a problem with the phone charging pad? My Zfold gets hot while using it and it drains my phone. I just use a cable. Is there a way to turn the charging pad off.

What are your thoughts?

The charging pad is absolute dog ? and seems to only work with some phones. I was never able to get a Pixel 5 or Pixel 6 to charge on it.

2022s were delivered with the kick sensor turned off (or no kick sensor). No BlueCruise map update did anything.

I have seen nothing about an OTA update turning them back on. You can do so with FORScan.

You are not missing much on the lift gate. Mine worked OK for a while. Now it’s a game of Hokey-Pokey to get it open with a kick. I now try once or twice and then go push the button I should just give up and push the button. ??

My lift gate has worked perfectly since day 1, and getting BC didn’t affect it.

So how do I determine if I have the sensor and if so, how do I turn it on. I can't seem to find anything about that in the manual.

Have your dealer do the WACM update on your car, that will fix the charging issues.
