I called OTA support today and ask how long it would be until I received OTA Blue Cruise. (I have a Job 1 car and not in EA Program). They took a look at where I was in the process and advised I take it to the dealer for them to update. So I made an appointment for May 10 to do BC and the 10K check up. They have no idea of when the OTA will come but said it is probably end of 2Q or longer. Ugh!

I would think twice about that. Many of us whom have had the dealer do the Blue Cruise Update are still without Blue Cruise and have LOST Lane Keep Assist.......In hindsight, I'd wait for the OTA. Just my 2 cents.

I don’t think that team has actual info about when OTA is going out. It’s like a dedicated tier one team I think.

I picked my car (June 21 build) up this past Thursday after getting the glass recall done and BC updates installed. Everything seems good. I could only test the BC for about 5 miles because of where I live. All the lane keep assist and adaptive cruise work normal too.

AutoNation St. Pete did mine and it worked on the first try. Brought it in on a Tuesday morning early. It was done by 1:00 the next day. Somebody there must know what they’re doing. They diddn’t do the test drive based on my mileage. Everything works as advertised - tested it out on I75 and the Selmon. New charging curve is active as well. They said they did all available updates. Service advisor did tell me that they might not be doing any more of these though, as it takes so long. You might want to check.

I haven’t asked her yet, but there really shouldn’t be too many they have to do, there’s not really many Job 1 cars around here, I really dislike that she told you that. I may text and see what she says, looks like they actually finished CSP21P22 for you as well this time?

So far I have had 3 dealership experiences with this car and I have to say that they have all been good! I chatted with another guy in Lake Wales today who has a “carbonized” copy of our car. He had the Glass recalls done at Bartow Ford and said they did a good job there! I am going to make an appointment with them for the Glass recalls. Fingers crossed for my 4th dealership experience!

Oh, nice! That's my dealer as well. Reading the comments here I was going to just wait (been stuck at 2.30 since February) but I'm bringing it in at some point to properly get those door emblems attached to the doors. Thanks to your feedback, I'll (try to?) schedule this as well.

I didn't even realize we could use the adaptive steering/cruise on non-interstate, duh. Was using it on Gulf Blvd last night and loved it.

I kid you not, there are 3 MMEs on my block. Two neighbors ordered right after seeing mine. But one is a job 2 '21 and the other is a '22.

There really aren’t lot around here, definitely see more now, but they aren’t Job 1s.

Look what I got.

Not sure if it took a bit to activate or if highway 90 and 94 are not mapped in Madison but we were coming home from lunch today near where I took the car for service and my wife suggested I try the cruise control again. It was highway 151 coming in from Madison to Sun Prairie WI.

Decided to go up the road 5 miles or so and turn around. Worked both ways, but did drop out a couple of times but both times it seemed to be at an off ramp where there wasn't any white line.

Blue Cruise it still not showing up in my Connected Services. I'll work on that later.

Pretty cool though!

Update: Blue Cruise is working on the above highways so they are mapped.

Just got back. It now works on the roads it didn't work on yesterday and we even went on to 12/18 (Beltline) around Madison and worked great, even in the downpours. I think it did kick off once because of the rain but I couldn't see either it was raining so hard.

When my wife and I left the house this morning at about 10:30 Central, Blue Cruise did not engage on Highway 94 or 90. It was tracking eye movement but did not engage just the regular cruise control was operational.

Sometime between 10:30 AM and 12:30 PM, something changed. When we left lunch at 12:30 is when it engaged on Highway 151 in Madison for the first time. Yesterday I was getting the Blue Cruise On and had to press the OK button but it never activated.

I thought I read on another post that someone mentioned it took 20 hours before theirs worked. For me, it was about the same amount of time, maybe 24 hours since they finished all of my updates and received my car back. But I can't say on what day they actually did the Blue Cruise update. they had the car for two and a half days.

Blue Cruise still isn't showing up in my Connected Services.
