Why is the entire inside of your car removed? Even if they removed the windshield improperly, cutting through some metal, that would not justify removing all the interior panels and carpeting.

It was “required” to fix the pano roof.

Like when you put your phone (AKA camera) in front of it to take a picture. One thing I was wondering before today was how it would respond to my sunglasses. I experienced no issues with it at all.

I experienced the "camera" issue as well. Makes it tough to take a good picture. ?

re: sunglasses, I've also had no issues with my photochromatic lenses, which was something some folks were concerned about. It surprises me given how dark the lenses get, actually.

So my question is what was different at those two dealerships where the 21G01 was successful?

It looks like Ford might be working its way to a solution, as I had a GWM update pop up overnight for my car.
Here's hoping this means we can all have BlueCruise soon!?

I'm watching this closely. If dealer-installed BC doesn't work for all cars as of end of this week, I'll postpone my Monday appointment.

1. Is step 24 correctly written? Bullet #1 mentions "Lane Centering with Hands-Free is switched ON"
Is there actually a switch for this or different indication on the Driver Assistance screen?

Also, for Bullet #2: Where does one find the "Hands-Free Driving Mode available" and date?

1: The Lane Centering toggle under cruise control gets renamed to Lane Centering with Hands-Free with one of the APIM updates

2: You can view the BC expiration date in Settings>General>SYNC Version

Too many threads on this topic as some of this info is already in another thread.

What was not discussed was how to enable it while driving. I actually find it tricky to get going but it's because I don't normally use the lane assist feature. One thing I did notice is that when you enter a BC location it will popup on the screen that it's available for use.
