I'm almost certain that's the American way of displaying October 9th. But even still that would be September 10th. And either way that's just when the maps "expire" not the feature
oh okay thanks for the info. Odd it didn't work the whole trip. I tried it on other roads the last month or so that are local and I get the message "Blue Cruise is available" but it didn't work as well handsfree.

Job 1.5 owners appear to get the shaft once again!:mad:??
Yeah what’s up with those of us with July 2021 builds? I guess they figured out our PAAK works fine mostly? (Mine does)

Mine was built 6/2021 but I didn't a notice for 22B10 I hope I do in the future. The date in the notice shows a certain date in June I am not sure if mine was before or after that date.

Jeff...you may want to check your settings...you do have to engage the steering wheel button to turn lane-keeping on for hands-free to work. I've seen several others post about no hands-free and they didn't realize that had to be on for it to work.

Just sayin'...

It's really annoying that BlueCruise updates doesn't disappear from the FSA list in ETIS when all the updates come OTA. It's making it hard for me to tell my dealer that it's already been done and they don't have to do anything for it. They keep wanting to schedule me for like two days of updates, when I don't need that.

Cha-ching...the service techs where I took mine to get the glass done got the credit for my BC when I had actually done it myself at the end of March.

My Blue Cruise should be working, but it is not. I tried several highways in my area that others have confirmed have Blue Cruise enabled (I-5, I-405), and they don't work for me. 21G01 was applied in May at the dealership (took them 9 days!), maps are showing the expected 10-09-2022 expiration, all settings verified and normal adaptive CC works as expected. But I never get a notification that BC is available and no other indication. Now Ford says I have to go back to the dealer and have them run SSM 51012. Which seems to have NOTHING to do with BC. GRRR.

At the same time, no charge notifications have worked since that time, and no Charge details other than expected level and time to complete estimate. No EV Driving logs.

I have to chime into this conversation.
Just took my Mach E for the 20K service call.
Tire rotation and also to look after the constant cooling louvers noise. Upon arrival I was told and shown update 21P22. This update, and I have a paper copy from the dealer, can only be done by the dealer when the vehicle is in for first service.
Also....there is another service update that Ford is offering, and it comes with another key fob free of charge. My phone as a key/FordPass works just fine but now we will have a spare key fob.

I've no doubt that's what you were told. And yes, Ford would like it if CSP 21P22, and 21G01, and 22B10 were performed during a normal service visit. But there is nothing keeping you from scheduling a service visit to specifically have those programs performed on your car.

Even though ETIS might still show it as an outstanding field support action?

I saw the memo on the expiration date of 21P22 but I hadn't seen the one for the expiration of 21G01.

There are going to be a lot of unhappy people.....

I'm so glad my car got the 21G01 program installed and working.
So Ford took the 21G01 updates off the servers?
I would not be happy if I was still waiting.
Nope...the updates are all still there. They need to be there because they support other functions in some cases besides just BlueCruise (GWM, TCU, APIM, etc. all do other things besides BlueCruise).

The funding of the labor for the program is what's disappeared.
