Just got mine last night around 11 as well. No EA Job 2 2021 Select. Went from 3.6.2 to 4.1.2.

After I voted yesterday morning, I went out again in the afternoon only to find I’d gotten (SURPRISE!) the UI update. The notifications showed up about 45 minutes later in my Ford Pass app lol.

I have a 2022 Select built in April 2022 and I’m not in any EA programs. The 3.6 updates rolled out to me in December quite quickly, and 4.1.1 showed up Jan 12.

I got mine yesterday, love the new UI changes. What is curious is that when I drove to my office in the morning, the change was not yet reflected but when I got on to drive home the change was reflected... I thought to do an update you had top be connected to WiFi. Maybe it loaded but the installation process was running in the background and finished while the car was parked in my office.

Now I hope this update fixes the annoying issue I had before where it randomly lost my UI preferences.... fingers crossed

I got this update last night. Usually I hate change, but I'm liking this refresh.

I got it and I hate the expanded CarPlay screen. It has moved the app icon buttons to the bottom instead of the left. It has also shifted the map, Now Playing and third tile around. It used to be map on the left half (portrait mode), audio on the bottom right quarter and third tile (usually next step in navigation) on the top right quarter. The map is now on the top half (landscape mode) and seriously shortens how much I can see the route which I use mostly to see upcoming slow downs in traffic. Audio in in the right bottom half and the third tile in the left bottom half and BOTH are RIDICULOUSLY larger than they need to be. This new version of Ford software has taken a great Apple software tool and made it pretty useless.

I received my 4.1.2 update this afternoon. Strangely enough, I went shopping this afternoon, and when I entered my house after putting the car in the garage, I had a message in FordPass. So the update happened while I was on the road this afternoon. Select 2022, Canadian version.
*Previous update was last week, 4.1.1. 3.6 updates in december. So a pretty consistent process*

For the folks who are posting their success stories, it would be interesting to know your previous software version, and approximately when you received your last couple of sofware updates.

I received four updates in a row last week (ending on 3.5.4), and was hopeful the pace might continue this week. Unfortunately, I've received nothing since then.

I spoke to Ford OTA support today, and they said last week's updates were to get my Blue Cruise back on-track, and the rest of the updates will come when they come, and there's nothing they or I can do to speed them up, short of possibly going to a dealer. Pretty lousy software experience, Ford.

Sorry if this is a little gratuitous - but I'm feeling bitter stuck on 3.5.4 as an EA participant, and I wonder just how bitter I should be...

You have company. I know of several forum members who are in EA and still on 3.5.4 with nothing having been pushed to their MME in months. It does not make sense to me.

Still on 3.6.1, I’m usually in these first waves. Getting a little concerned now seeing a lot of folks gettin the update. Everything on the car works fine, so just gonna pray to the OTA gods
